This beautiful townhouse is about 1/4 block to the beach. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath that will sleep 10 people. It has just been remodeled and has all new furnishings. Each bedroom has a tv/dvd player, and the living room has a tv/dvd player. The back yard is fenced with a private pool.

| This townhome is very nice (inside is much better than the outer appearance), large, has a pool (small) in the back, but its good for the kids and very close to the beach (walking distance). We didn't like the fact that there were no brooms, no trash bags, no cleaning supplies, iron, etc. We didn't expect there to be much, but assumed we would have the essentials to keep the place clean. If this was my first time in a vacation home, then it may not have been a big deal, but I have stayed in a few over the last few years and all of them have atleast had a broom, mop, cleaning solutions and even an iron, some had even more. If you are interested in this home, you will enjoy the size and style and the distance to the beach, just keep in mind you may be spending more than you expected to keep the house clean if you are staying their for more than two days. |

| The house was nice, and the furniture was nice as well. If you are going to rent the property, make sure that you bring a broom, dirt gets into the house easily. You cannot acces the balcony from outside. The thing that I did not like about the property was the siize of the pool. It was really small, and we were dissapointed. Other than that, the house was nice, and nicely decorated. |

| We had a great time at Always Fun! The pool was a hit for the kids when we weren't at the beach. The house was only 1/2 a block or so from the beach and conveniently located! It was a very clean and spacious property! And the ease of checking in and out was awesome! All in all we had a great vacation and look forward to stayin again in the future! |

| We were extrememly pleased with this property. I would definitely recommend this house for a vacation stay. The only comments I have is that there were not enough kitchen utensils to cook with and no mop. Other than that, everything was good. I would definitely stay at Always Fun again!!!!! |

| The house was in great condiditon at a great location just a block away from the beach. It was very roomy and confortable, home away from home. The only complaint I might have is that the house has a balcony but there was no access to it so Im not sure what it was even there for. |

The property we stayed at was supposed to have had a handicap accessible master bedroom. It did not . When I asked to be moved to a unit that met this requirement I was informed that the rental company in fact did not have a unit that met this requirement.
Basically, I was lied to over the phone so that I did not go through another company. The way the rental agreement was written, I would have lost about $250 if I, upon seeing the situation, canceled my reservation.
Also there were no stairs to the big beautiful balcony, if one wanted to go on it, one needed to crawl out an upstairs window.
This property was just lovely, but then again, most rental properties here are.
I suggest going through another rental agency, maybe one that doesn't have a review for being totally busted lying, and then unwilling to rectify the situation. |

Very nice home.
Pros: nicely furnished, spacious, updated, 4 flat screen TVs a plus, dining seating for 6, parking for 4 vehicles, overall a very nice stay although there were quite a few cons.
Cons:Queen bed head slants downward...had to go find blocks to put under it, none of the mattresses were very comfortable, flooring on stairs has nails sticking up...beware, ripped my foot open...yikes!, pool is small but nice although it was like hot bath water so we didn't really use it and fence in back was down during our stay so no pool privacy anyway, pictures show a deck on rear of house which we thought would be great for watching fireworks, but the stairs have been removed and no 2nd floor access so that it no more than a cover for the porch now...quoted on website to be: Always Fun Bakyard with upstiars , air-conditioner leaked condensation on laundry room floor and although we notified mgmt-nobody came to check
Would still use property again in a pinch if available! |
