fantastic weekend

showed up with no reservation, Mike and Patty were friendly and helpful, the house we picked was very up to date, clean, comfortable and just a very short walk to the beach. when we come back we'll stay there again for sure!

Vacation Saver

We had planned on staying 7 nights on SPI but the original reservation with another establishment did not work out. We only stayed there 1 night then I had to find another hotel/condo that was pet friendly and that could accommodate us for the rest of our planned stay. We stayed 2 nights at La Qunita(which I thought was overpriced), then we found SP Beach House and Condos all I can say is WOW! I wish we would have known about this place sooner. I will definitely bring my family back and I would recommend this SP Beach House & Condos to my friends and family.

South Padre Vacation

location would have been good except for the obnoxiou neighbors who kept getting our parking spots and blocking us.
The staff and manager were GREAT!the way they always are! We have been renting from them for over 20 yrs.And we recommend them highly.

Best vacation ever!

This unit is SO close to the beach, I loved it!!! It was clean, cool, large, and very modern (newly replaced appliances). You will absolutely love this place if you choose to spend your vacation here!!
