Vacation Rental Description
The bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed and TV/DVD/VCR. Up the spiral staircase is a semi-enclosed loft with a king bed (with new pillow-top mattress), a full bathroom, TV/VCR and AC. The living room has AC, a queen sleep sofa and TV/DVD/VCR. The sliding door from the living room leads to a patio with a BBQ grill and a lovely view. New patio furniture and grill. No pets, no smoking. Travel Insurance is available on request. This property welcomes payment by personal check or Visa/Mastercard. Pool/Fitness Center Pool passes provided for 6 people (age 5 and older). Children under 5 do not require a pool pass. Use of Resort Shuttle is Included. Bed linens are provided.

A peaceful place to stay |

First of all, I would really like to mention the great welcome we received on our arrival. Everything was described in full details with all kind of handy information about the house and the facilities.
The greatest thing about this place is the fact that it is situated right in the middle of the Cape. Which you could easily plan your trek either to Provincetown or Sandwich, both destination are about the same distance but in the exact opposite direction.
The next thing is about the facilities, you see if the water of the ocean is cold don't worry for you have three different swimming pool you could chose from. Also, there is a groceries not very far away.
The last thing to mention might be the tranquility of the place. Brewster is such a nice place to live. And what about golfing.
The home was very nice and full equiped. The furnitures were also quite nice. The decoration was soothing and match the needed calmness of any vacation.
The only bad thing was about the food at Reef's Cafe... |

| This was a great townhouse. The kitchen was extremely well equipped for cooking. The beds were very comfortable with pillow top mattresses. My kids loved having a TV in their room. The A/C worked great. The gas grill was clean and easy to use. The location was convenient, in that we could walk to one of the pools. My only hesitation in renting this again would be that it has a queen and king bed. My kids will really need twin beds as they get older. |

| We rented this condo with one other family in the 1st week of July. The set up was great and it had everything we needed. It was very clean. It had lots of cooking utensils and pots and pans. It had a nice back deck with a gas bbq. The pools were great even though we had to drive to them. The drive was only 2 mins. It was very close to restuarants and of course the weather co-operated. It was in the high 80's - 90's. We would highly recommend this condo. |
