This three bedroom, two bath unit has had many renovations and is tastefully decorated. It is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, color TV, VCR, DVD player, and central air. Sorry, No Pets. No Smoking. There is a $50 building registration fee. Children under 3 must wear swim pants in the pool.

An Awesome vacation experience !

My husband and I were blessed to have our children and grandchildren join us for a week at OC, MD at Braemar Towers. We rented 1913 which was a beautifully decorated and very comfortable condo overlooking the ocean. How relaxing to wake up to see the sunrise over the ocean and watch the dolphins, pelicans and sea gulls right from our balcony. We loved the convenience of walking right out onto the beach and also having a crystal blue pool to swim in and relax around. We aprecited the ease of check in and out and convenience to shopping, dining and fun activities within walking.
This is definately one of our favorite vacation spots!
