Vacation Rental Description
THE CONDO: 1500 Square Feet of Luxury!
We have a newly remodeled spacious 5 star unit with 2 bedrooms and 3 full baths. It is part of the ski in ski out Iron Horse Resort in Winter Park. The resort is surrounded by trees and situated in a truly relaxing setting.
The condo is equipped with 2 king & 1 queen Murphy. Sleep a total of 6, but we can provide an inflatable bed so you can add 2 more to your party (unit have more than enough room for 8!).
LCD TV’s are mounted in each bedroom as well as a large TV in the living room. The condo has a gourmet kitchen and its own washer and dryer. The master bedroom bath has a Jacuzzi tub. Tall ceilings, big windows, and a spacious balcony add to the roominess of this unit. You will feel right at home.
A FEW SERVICES:
Welcome package containing a local restaurant guide, list of fun activities and phone numbers of all the good ski shops. We leave cash purchase items in the condo such as Hot Chocolate packages, hand warmers, individual pizzas, soda, juice bottled water just to make things a little bit easier for our guests. We offer to stock your fridge with basic food items prior to your arrival. We also leave a sled by the front door for the awesome sledding hill located just 300 feet away.
A FEW RULES:
Sorry, no dogs. HOA rules.
No smoking anything in the condo.
Must be 26 or older.
....last but not least... Must have a ton of fun during your stay!
RESORT AMENITIES:
Free wireless Internet so bring your laptop. The Resort includes indoor heated pool and two big hot tubs. Fitness, and business center. A full service ski shop is located 200 feet from the condo where our guests enjoy 20% off all ski rentals. Let us know if you need rentals and we will help streamline the process for you. Laundry amenities. Free shuttle to and from town. There is even a highly recommended on site restaurant with room service.

| This condo was the perfect place to stay for our family. It was close enough to the slopes and sledding hill. We are from Louisiana and having the sled provided was a nice touch. The onsite ski shop was very convenient and helpful. The accomodations were VERY nice and reasonably priced! The owner has thought of everything. There are games, videos and books to enjoy during your stay. The kitchen was even stocked with reasonably priced snacks and drinks. The condo was very clean. We were concerned about being cold after reading comments about other units, but we never had that problem. Any concerns were addressed immediately. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone. We hope it will be available when we return. This is exactly where I would stay again! |

This was the best vacation we had as a family.
This place was in the wow-factor category. Kids spend as much time in the pool as they did on the slopes, and the last thing they asked for before we checked out, was if we could come back to the exact same place again next year. Patel & Crew: you will see us again next time we go skiing!!

| Very roomy and well appointed condo. The open, oversized den gave everyone lots of space. The location is great. We love the ski in, ski out with small children. It's more of a walk/ski in November when there is not alot of snow. Must be a blue skier to ski back in. We had a great Thanksgiving vacation here! |

I think this was an exqquisite resort. It was the Property Manager that impressed us the most. They seemed (Both Nick and Charlotte) to go out of there way to please and make your stay as comfortable as possible. The room was very clean and well maintained and had all the essentials were available, including the Ipod docking station. My Family had great time in the pool and the the property has a decent gym. The Property Management staff at the resort provided excellent customer service! Their customer service is better than most hotels we have stayed at in our past. They welcomed us and showed us the property, provided with parking access and helped us to unload our baggage and recommended places to visit and eat at Winter Park. We got the best deal and the very best service. Cleaning Service was top notch. The resort is located walking distance to the Winter Park downtown, restaturants and shops.
I would highly recommend this resort for the service. My family had a blast and we enjoyed our 3 night stay. |
