Brand new Fraser location for fall 2009! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath second story entry is 1253 square feet. Well appointed with granite countertops, hardwood floors, ceiling fans, gas fireplace. Living room has a 40" flat screen TV with BluRay DVD Player and surround sound to relax with a late night movie after a day of outdoor adventure. There is a washer dryer, garage with access to the unit up one level of stairs. The master bedroom offers a queen sized bed, private bath with jetted tub and a TV with DVD player. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full sized futon on the bottom, twin on the top and also a pull out twin bed - TV with a playstation2. High speed wired and wireless internet available within to keep you connected. Includes availability to the Lift Bus to Winter Park Resort for winter months.

The accommodations were very nice and comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo is very nicely furnished and very comfortable for a family of 4! The kids loved the game station and tv in their room. The garage, washer/dryer and gas fireplace were great perks! We would definitely stay here again! More...
