Vacation Rental Description
Location: Iron Horse, Winter Park, Winter Park Area, Northwest, Colorado, USA (1 1/2 Hours from Denver)
Accommodations: Condo, Studio + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath (Sleeps 2-4)
Our condominium is a ski in/out sport studio. You can walk from the door of the condo over an indoor bridge onto the slopes.
The unit sleeps up to four on a queen Murphy wall bed & a queen sofa sleeper. The condo is very comfortable for four guests. These are nonsmoking accommodations and we do not allow pets. Nor do we allow renters below the age of 25
Unit is located on the third floor with elevator access There is a heated parking garage and a balcony with n awesome view in the unit. We try to price rentals well below the resort's standard rate. This allows you to benefit by renting from us and still receive all the conveniences provided by a first class management company .
This unit has all the conveniences of home including a kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven and stove.
Easy access to our indoor/outdoor heated pool, two new large outdoor hot tubs, a beautiful completely renovated workout facility with new attached shower and steam bath facility completed 6 months ago.
THE IRON HORSE RESORT is a full service SKI IN SKI OUT Resort. It is located about 1500 feet uphill away from the hustle and bustle of the Winter Park Ski Resort base area. The complex is surrounded by trees and has a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere.
A full service ski shop is located very close to the condo where our guests enjoy 20% off all ski rentals. Let us know if you need rentals and we will help streamline the process for you. Discount coupons for skiing and rental equipment may be available depending on your arrival dates. There is also a locally renowned on site restaurant and bar

This is a very nicely decorated unit. Clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really liked the underground parking and the ski-in ski-out is awesome!
We also spent time in the pool and hot tub at the end of the day. It was a great trip, fun and relaxing. Very nice accomodations. We have NO complaints and are making plans to return this year. |

We stayed at this quaint Condo this past January. We had a very comfortable experience. It is decorated very beautiful. The Condo is perfectly located, with all the amenities. There is a restaurant right in the building, which made dinner time a treat.
Winter Park is a fantastic Winter Wonderland, or can be visited year round. We visited for Snowmobiling and Skiing.
I would highly recommend this Condo. The Ski in/out experience is like no other. After a long hard day on the slopes, come back to the outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. Just incredible.... |

| CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, CUTE, GREAT LOCATION UNIT IN WINTER PARK. LOVED THE ABILITY TO SKI-IN AND SKI-OUT. FABULOUS UNGROUND PARKING! SAFE, DRY AND MOST HANDY. THAT'S A REAL PLUS. GREAT ON SITE RESTAURANT. NICE MENU SELECTION. AFFORDABLE AND SO CONVENIENT. FABULOUS AMMENITIES! LOVED THE HOT TUB!! CLOSE TO TOWN OF WINTER PARK. | We were up there this summer, and it was the perfect getaway. The condo was cozy and quiet, and the kids loved swimming at the pool while my husband and I sat in the hot tubs. The restaurant by the lobby is yummy and so convenient! My husband and I got to enjoy the new steamrooms! The location is great. We rode our bikes to the village and then continued around town. We will be back in the winter for some "ski in/ski out" skiing for sure!! |
