Cute...but NOISY |

| This unit was perfectly "cute" for a vacation rental, but unbelieveably noisy - could hear every sound made in the neighboring unit and that included some you don't want me to elaborate on, coming from the bedroom...had also been told the road was "quiet" but it was like a freeway, busy with constant traffic. It was really more that Holmes Beach is just SO conjested/crowded than the Palm Isle resort itself. Very cute accomodations, but just too noisy a place from the neighbors to the whole surroundings. Units sit right behind a strip mall with very load garbage truck pickups in the early morning hours, etc...just not the relaxing environment we had hoped for having just come from the serenity of Boca Grande, FL. |

| We have fallen in love with Anna Maria Island and can hardly wait to return. Island Real Estate was very helpful, and our reservations and other services were dealt with in a very professional manner. The condo was beautiful, the decor very tasteful and the patios off both the dining room and bedroom were great. The only thing missing from the amenities was a casserole dish. So you know that if that's all I have to complain about, everything else was wonderful. The condo was right across the street from the beach and only a short distance from the grocery store and a drug store. We rented the condo for only one week, but once we were there, we decided to stay an additional week. The condo at Palm Isle was not available for the second week, however Island Real Estate found us another condo less that a block away which was also very well equipped. There was really nothing I disliked about our vacation at all. |

| The location and site are ideal for a peaceful holiday. The beach can be seen from the apartment and essential shops are within walking distance. Unfortunately the partition wall with the adjoining apartment is insubstantial and noises are transmitted all too easily. |

| WE ENJOYED OUR STAY VERY MUCH, VERY CLOSE TO BEACH, VERY CLEAN, RENTAL PEOPLE VERY NICE AND ATTENTIVE TO OUR EVERY NEED. LOCATION WAS CONVENIENT TO ALL THE PLACES WE NEEDED TO SEE. LOTS OF PLACES TO EAT IN THE AREA. TRAFFIC WAS NOT A PROBLEM AT ALL. |

Overall we spent a very enjoyable and relaxing week at this well appointed and well located property. It is literally a minutes walk accross the road to a uncrowded area of Holmes Beach. There are Publix and Walgreen's shopping centers a short walk around the corner.
We took our infant daughter on her first vacation. This property would have been ideal had it not been for three items that had a direct affect on our daughter's overall quality time spent at the property. The items were, (1) a moldy shower (easy to fix), (2) very thin walls in the bedroom (i.e. you could hear the neighbors conversations cleary, and they could probably hear my daughter cry at 2 a.m. too), and (3) an on-demand hot water unit in the bedroom closet that was extremely loud, and also went on in the middle of the night (even without water usage). |

The location was extremely wonderful, with Food,Stores, Beach, Pool, Trolley & etc. right on our doorstep..The premises were clean & adequate, with only a lil' tranparent noise from other tenants..The area was as nice as depicted, with the Sugar Sand shoreline always neat & clean..
The near-by Restaurants & Stores were handily stocked & dependable for any thing we desired..I would'nt hesitate to recommend this highly touted area to anyone !!! |

Perfect for couples and families.
The property was beautiful and clean. We got a very good service from Island Real Estate. The house was bigger than we expected. The distance to the beach is quite ok (30 sec by foot). The panorama on the rooftop is very nice too and great to sit for breakfast or dinner.
The island is quiet and perfect for relaxing. The beach is beautiful too. We were very happy, the island is not too touristy, but gives a lot of nice opportunities. We would book that once again. I hope we do :-)

| The accomodations were very nice and clean. The condo was very well equipted and had everything we needed. It was right across the street from a beautiful, quiet part of the beach. The only problem was the busy road you had to cross. My only complaint was that the pool area was not great, but it was still acceptable. The 1 bedroom condo worked great for our family of 5 and we would stay there again. It was a very good experience. |

| We spent a vacation with our 2 boys in this condo. It was very nice to be able to walk to the beach from there. It was very peaceful and decorated very nice. We felt right at home there. Would recommend it to anyone will be going there again in the future. |
