| The rental experience was efficient. We drove from NJ to FL and the real estate office left our key and important paperwork in a box outside their office. The home looks exactly as it does from the internet pictures. It was roomy and spacious and nicely decorated. The house was well equipped, including books galore! The kitchen was very convenient. It would have been nice to know that we didn't need beach chairs, as these took valuable space in our car. We cooked and dined out. The BBQ is the only true complaint. It is VERY small, and takes tiny propane tanks, which empty quickly. The location of the house was fine. Never having been to the island we didn't know where the "in" place to stay on the island would be. It was conveniently located to St. Armand Circle and Sarasota for shopping. Movie theater is not close by. Its a restful place, not a whole lot of activity going on. It would have been helpful to have "tourist" information readiy available for things to do and see and also discounts to the local restaurants as a courtesy of the real estate. It wasn't clear regarding the television/cable - do you pay, etc. There was wireless internet. It would have been nice if someone had checked in on us while we were there to see if we had any questions or desired a late checkout, etc. Overall it was a great time, we would definitely go back and stay there again. |

| A beautiful vacation rental, we loved the place. No problems at all. Remember to bring your own hair dryer, beach towels, and beach chairs when you come, as these are not provided. |

| We arrived at Palm Isle Village after enduring a week at Disney. We very much appreciated the total tranquility of the location, the accessibility to the pristine white sandy beach and the high standard of the accommodation. The outside shower is an essential after a day lazing on the beach and it helped us keep the interior sand free. We loved sitting up on our very own watch tower enjoying the gulf sunsets. The pool was also good. All in all this is a wonderful location for families wanting to wind down. It would not suit people wanting a varied nightlife extending in to the small hours as 10.30pm seems to be lights out for everyone as that's when the island shuttle bus finishes. For families that appreciate the simplicity and enjoyment that comes from a day at the beach then this is for you. |

| Stayed at this property with family,two young children at end of July,start of August.Place is beautifully laid out and presented.Plenty of room and we experienced no problems.Beach is a minutes walk away and local restaurants and amenities are all within a minutes drive.Pool is heated and all in all we had a superb relaxing week here.Highly recommended. |

| The condo was exactly as it was described online. Beautifully decorated. The pool and patio are very private for condo residents. The view from the widow's watch of the beach across the street is spectacular. Our family had a wonderful time and will visit the area again. I did find it strange that we had to provide papertowel, toilet paper, etc. We have two rental properties and we provide everything from dish detergent to garbage bags and laundry detergent. |
