This was an awesome place to stay. Clean, up-to-date, and great for kids.
Very short walk to the beach. One thing that could be improved on was the
lack of kitchen items (cups, glasses, plates, etc). |

The team at Island Real Estate & Vacation Rentals were excellent to deal with. They went over and beyond the call of duty twice for us when we had to adjust our booking and when we forgot some of our valuables on site. The villa was clean, well equipped and the gardens were amazing. When we first walked into the gated area we were greeted by the wonderful smell of honeysuckle - incredibly inviting. we are a family of four and the kids loved the bunk beds and the fact that we were just across the street from the endless beaches. The patio was fully equipped so we truly enjoyed eating outside most evenings. The only thing my husband would of changed was the bbq (a little small) compared to what he is used to.
We loved it so much that we have decided to make this OUR family destination. |

A home away from home... everything was perfect. This clean and well equipped house was just what we were looking for. The private and quiet setting of the neighbourhood was just topped by the lovely decoration of the house. We did feel right at home and are sure to come back again.

| Helpful rental folks, reasonably priced, a lovely heated pool for windy days when the beach was less than pleasant, clean and well-maintained condo. We loved it and would go back again in a heart beat! |

| The condo's are very nicely decorated and the pictures on the internet are very accurate. We have a 4 yr old and 2 yr old and they love to swim and play at the beach. They were also very excited about the bunk beds. The beach is across the street, and the pool was very exciting for the kids. We mainly had the pool to ourselves. We walked to the grocery store daily. We will stay here again. Craig |

We spent a great vacation time in Holmes beach. The appartment is quiet, and very cozy. The moment I stepped into the appartment I told my wife "This is great!". You know how tricky it is to rent something over the internet, you never really know for sure what you get. It was exactly as expected, the descriptions and pictures matched the reality perfectly.
With Publix shopping just minutes away, beach access by walking and swimming pool by the house, everything was perfectly convenient.
I absolutely loved the widow watch balcony on top of the appartment where you could sit and watch the ocean, sipping a drink while the kids were enjoying the swimming pool. The family loved the place and we will be back for sure! |

| This rental was so conducive to relaxation for us all. It is in the hub of stores, yet out of the way. It has a very easy beach access to stroll along the water and watch the animals, including dolphins and the many birds. The pool was very relaxing and the foilage was tropical to carry out the feeling of being on an island. The unit itself was spotless with brand new appliances. The ambiance was completed by the decorating in the unit which included paintings, books on the shelves, silk flowers. We didn't want to ever leave! |
