| I think the home was nice. I think the widows watch should have a cover or partial cover on it for shade as do some of the others. |

| We have stayed at PalmIsle for two years now. We love the property. It is steps from the beach and meets all of our vacation needs. Our family of five loved having two full bathrooms and the washer and dryer. The kitchen is well equiped for cooking meals and the property is close to many nice restaurants. The property is very well maintained and the people at Island Real Estate are very accomodating. If we can afford it, we'll stay here year after year. |

Beautifully maintained landscaping.
Highly functional layout of unit. Solid comfort
Pleasing decor both inside and out although interior needs touch-up and some stain removal.
Extremely pleasant place to stay and easy beach access. Lovely pool just steps away.
Convenient parking beside unit.

| This rental was a Christmas Gift from our children. We had a delightful and extremely relaxing time. This truly was the best Christmas Gift ever. We found the property to be pristine. The lush tropical landscaping that was visible from all windows just added to the "Beach Cottage" theme. We highly recommend this property. |

| We've been coming to Anna Maria Island for many years, staying in all kinds of accommodations up and down the island. This unit is easily at the top of the list. It is very comfortable, nicely furnished, has a great location (close to the beach, away from the traffic), and a unique and very handy widow's walk for that sunset cocktail. The access to the pool is easy and private, there's a private outside shower at the unit for the adventurous, and the continuous water heater makes it easy for the whole family to shower after time on the beach before heading out to dinner at one of the great Anna Maria restaurants. We will be back, and highly recommend this unit (or any other) for others (as long as it's not at the same time we want to go back). |

The apartment itself was beautiful with lots of attention to detail
and very pleasing to the eye. Lots of storage space. The only
down side to the unit was the kitchen. Again, the kitchen was
gorgeous and spacious but was not well supplied. If you are a
real cook you would be unhappy here. |

| The entire experience was wonderful. The complex was peaceful and private. Easy access to the pool and the beach. The furnishings were just right. The landscaping was beautiful. We loved having our own private patio and really enjoyed the widow's peak. We wanted to stay forever! Cannot say enough about how great the stay was! Thanks so much! |

| We go to Anna Maria Island every year, but now since the kids are older (10 and 13) we decided it was time for something bigger than a hotel room. Well, we found the perfect place! It was the perfect size, in the perfect location, with the perfect everything. The pool was almost always empty, so it was like our own pool. And the grill we used(almost every night)was great. I would highly recommend this perfect place! And we can't wait to come back next year! |

| This vacation property was absolutely perfect for 2 couples. Both bedrooms were like master suites and everything about the unit was first class. It has a huge kitchen which is well stocked with dishes, etc if you chose to eat in. We all loved the Caribbean flair inside and out. The swimming pool was like our own private pool with very few people around and it was a very short walk to the beautiful white sand beach. The unit looked great on the internet but it was beyond our expectations and we can't wait to return soon. Island Realty was a pleasure to do business with and very accommodating with our arrival and departure schedule. |
