| My friends and I loved this place!!! It was very clean, bright and nicely decorated. Very convenient location. Had a lot of ammenities and was just across the street from the beach. We loved it and will definitely come back next year. |

The condo was beautiful, just the right size and close to the beach. It was a good thing since a hurricane was going past and we spent more time inside than we would have liked.
The only criticisms have to do with the beds. The king bed in the master suite sunk in the middle and made it impossible for 2 people to sleep with any space between them. Also, the sofa bed was terrible with the bar very prominent in the back of the person trying to sleep. My 6'5" son finally put the mattress on the floor and slept on it there.
I think these beds should be improved if you expect to charge top dollar. |

| This was a nearly new, nicely furnished cottage very near the beach and the grounds and swimming pool are kept nicely. The widows watch is a nice touch for enjoying the sunset and evening breeze. There are lots of good restaurants just minutes away and a grocery store in walking distance. The ad says limited internet service, but this cottage does not have internet - you are supposed to gank it from next door. The only way we could get the wireless signal was at night up on the widows watch. The bed in the master BR was pretty saggy, and we are not heavy people. The AC was not working right when we arrived, but Island Realty was responsive about getting it fixed. |

We loved this condo! My son got married at the Sandbar restaurant and we needed a place to stay the week before the wedding. I was skeptical because I like to stay on the beach. We were right across the street from the beach. Access was easy. The widows walk provides a beautiful ocean view.
The condo itself was gorgeous inside and very clean. We had everything we needed (bring beach towels and maybe a few wash clothes). The location is great, the condo is right at the Publix shopping center. We were also centrally located on the island so that wedding party, friends and family could easily find us.
We felt like we were at home. It is a beautiful place, very cozy. I highly recommend this property and hope to go back very soon! |

| This is our second year renting this unit. It is beautiful inside and out.The beach is across the street which makes it easy with the kids.The condo has a common pool in the center of the 12 units. You can walk to the grocery store from this location. If you have kids this is the way to go. Plenty of room for parents and kids. I like this unit because it is on a corner which gives you alot of privacy, so when the kids (6&9) get a little noisey they aren't disturbing others.We will be renting again next year. |
