We do like everything:
the direct view to the beach also from the masterbedroom,
watching dolphins,
wonderful beach,
the amtmosphere on Anna Maria Island,
the condo was in a good condition,
only the kitchen could be renovated and the equipment was not up to date,
summarizing it was the best holiday also the whether was not as warm as expected...

| Our family visits Ana Maria Island once a year for the past 7 years. We usually arrange to stay at different condos/townhomes to experience a different property. On this particular trip, we were very pleased with the accomodations, it was clean and comfortable and the unit has the best view of all the others in the building. The decor is neutral and tasteful and access to the beach is very easy. It is a quiet area which means a great deal to our family. Overall, a wonderful stay, we would go back to this particular unit again. The best selling point is the view from the master bedroom!!! |

| This is a wonderful unit for beach lovers...close to the water...and beautiful views of the Gulf as well as the sunsets from the decks. Clean and furnished comfortably...very few of these left to rent on Anna Maria that are this nice. The pool was another great amenity. I'm coming back next year!! |

| As always, we had a great time. Hidden Cove's location on AMI and easy access to the beach is ideal for us. We love to walk the beautiful sandy beach each day (over a mile available in each direction); the bird and ocean wildlife we get to see on a daily basis; and the availability of stores and restaurants. We usually have breakfast, lunch and dinner on the deck watching the waves; and go to sleep with the sound of the surf. Sunsets on the beach with a cool drink in your hand and your toes in the water can't be beat. Hidden Cove is our favorite location for a beach vacation. |

We had a very relaxing time. The condo was right on the beach and full of amenities. We had everything we needed for the beach. Lots of towels, chairs, etc. Also was clean when we arrived. There were lots of linens available. Very comfortable casual decor.
Window treatments for the beachside sliders were worn and not working well. Needs to be replaced.

| We have 2 young kids (one infant) so we wanted to be on the beach for the many trips we would need to make back and forth from beach to condo. This place is steps from the beautiful white sandy beach. The condo is nice but it's the location and views that made it all worthwhile and is the reason we will go back in 09. |
