Beautiful Property |

| This property is beautiful and has a wonderful location. The renovations are top-notch. The only improvement needed is increased quality of the house-cleaning. When we stayed there, the windows had been "washed" only as high as someone could reach (easily remedied by a small step ladder for the sliding doors). More worrisome was that the dishes/cookware/flatware were not sufficiently clean for use, without washing. They seemed rinsed, at best. With a better cleaning service, this property would be perfection! |

| This townhouse was very spacious, completely redmodeled, beautifully decorated and the view was spectacular. View is much better than the photos. The location was great. Sunsets were breathtaking. Unfortunately when we booked the property I missed the fact that the pool was not heated (very cold). This is a must for our family with 3 small children on a March vacation. I would have given 5 stars if not for the pool. The laundry machines are very old and the dryer took several runs to dry. Since everything else was new it was surprising that they kept these old appliances. We also had to buy beach chairs and toys which typically have been provided at other places we've rented. |

Hidden Cove is a marvelous property. Private, beautiful beach. The sunsets breathtaking.
It is suitated witihin walking distance of many resturants, shops, churches, etc. Our unit was beautifully appointed. While there are quite a few stairs it didn't hamper our enthusiam for the property. The pool is not heated, and that was our only dissapointment.
Hidden Cove 1 is simply a wonderful place to stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Hidden Cove. It is a perfect beach retreat. The location was great and the views throught the condo are fabulous. It was very spacious and comfortable. We loved that we could just walk down the back patio to the beach. It was a very nice place. The only thing that could have made it better was if my little maltese would have been allowed to join us, but other than the no pet rule it was Awesome.

| Overall, the accommodation was excellently located with all the amenities one could ask for and was in clean condition. There were some issues which I would not normally note in more budget conscious accommodations but given the premium price and luxury category, we had premium expectations understandably and will note them now for that reason. There were numerous aspects of the unit in disrepair and needing to be fixed. For starters, doors, carpet tears, paint and most serious - none of the blinds were in complete working order and most were missing slats. The most important blinds - the ones on the sliding ground floor glass door leading to the beach access was missing literally half the slats offering absolutely no privacy in the evening. To knowingly outfit the unit with such shoddy blinds and rent it in that condition is completely unacceptable. It had to be repaired during our stay. Also, the master bedroom did not have the queen size bed as advertised but rather a twin which was also unacceptable give my size since my wife and I could not sleep together comfortably with adequate room. This was a primary selection criteria and we had to sleep in separate beds some nights to be completely comfortable. We will be returning but renting another unit next door. |

| The view from both floors one of the best on the island. Excellent location. Was a bit dissapointed in the cleaning especially in the master Bath tub/shower area. The steps were a bit of a hassle with luggage. Beach Chairs and Umbrellas were provided which was a plus since that has not always been the case with other units. Overall, we love the Island and have for over 10 years. We will most likely stay at Hidden Cove again but may try a different unit. |

We had a wonderful vacation. The accommodation was spacious and
the location was good. I do think that your company needs to
evaluate the quality of cleaning service you are receiving. We have
rented many condos in the past and this one was fair when it came to
cleanliness. The unit needs a deep clean. There was dust and dirt
behind the furniture and the hand railings on the steps were grimy. I
wiped them down. It made a big difference. The tub upstairs had
black mold in the crevices and a gray gooey substance in the sliding
door track. I did call your office about this but, no one came to take
care of this. I did not call back..I was on vacation. All in all it was a
pleasant stay just reassess your cleaning standards. |
