This condo unit is situated centrally, with a great view of the ocean,
dolphins swimming by, and easy access to the mainland. The kitchen was
well equipped. The owner had new flat screen tv's installed while we were
there, which made a big difference. I have arthritis in my spine and hips,
and always bring a tempura mattress when we travel, in case the beds are
uncomfortable.I really needed it with the bed here. The rest of the furniture
was also old and uncomfortable. We bought heating pads, put on extra
pillows, and eventually bought a doggie bed to put on the chair, because I
was in constant pain. It was $7, but meant that I could tolerate the chair.
My wife, who doesn't have these health issues, could only spend limited
time on this furniture before her back hurt. On the positive side, the owner
made sure the new TV's were installed prior to the Superbowl, and took a
personal interest in making sure everything was ok. The Island Real Estate
staff was very helpful, (we managed to lock ourselves out one night, and
they had someone drive over to let us in). This condo has great potential,
but the furniture is dated, and not great quality, despite what I was told up
front when I asked.

The location was great but the condo needs updating and maintenance. Towel
racks falling off the walls, cupboards falling apart, and worn furniture. The
service provided by the rental company was great, friendly and courteous. The

Well looked after by Island real estate, going beyond the call of duty when one of our party had sun burn. Everything was clean and tidy, with key pick up and drop off easy. Will use them again on are next holiday

I stayed here for a week with my two children ages 5 and 9 for a final trip before school began - we fell in love with the place! The condo was perfect - everything you could want. The large balcony overlooks the pool and ocean. The Bridge St. Pier is a great place to take the kids fishing. Oma's Pizza is wonderful and Joe's has the BEST ice cream - all of these places an easy walk (even with a 5 year old). We plan to come back every year! More...
