Great location but dirty |

| The condo is right on the beach, and walking distance to good restaurants. The carpets in the bedrooms were dirty, as well the porch had food spills on floor and table, and was generally very dirty upon arrival. The linens on the masterbed had bloodstains on them. The pool was small and although were told upon renting it was for the beach condos only, it was always full of kids from the units across the street. |

We found that there were poor linens along with kitchen supplies
The ice maker on the fridge was not working
Dishes were chipped and cracked
vaccum was also in poor working order
loved the location as we haave been in unit c the year before and we have unit a booked for next year |

| Great stay. Right on a quiet beach, easy walk out even for young children. Nice beachside pool. Nicely appointed condo. Small "master suite" with queen. Just as pictured. |

| We enjoyed a two week stay at the BBC. The view was beautiful.We saw dolphins from our screened in balcony.The underneath parking was a plus.The owners also provided a small grill for cooking out.Overall the condo was great.Our only complaint was the living area furniture was not very comfortable and the television was not large enough.We still went out to watch the STEELERS bring home a SUPER BOWL WIN!!!The drift-in was a friendly place to enjoy the game.We plan on going back next year for a month if we can get a decent price. We hope to stay at the BBC and also bring the STEELERS with us. |

We stayed here the week before school started and loved it. The
beach was easily accessible and we really like the fact that we
could drop off our sandy beach stuff off in the garage before
heading back up to our condo. The beach was full of marine life
and not crowded with people at all. The condo itself was very
comfortable and spacious even with two rambunctious boys! We
would definitely stay here again. |

| The condo was grat and the ocean was just feets away. The only think I was disappoint was, I call and reported that the closet in the guest bedroom was torn up and nobody came and fix it. I had to hang my daugther closet in the master bedroom. |

| We have stayed at this unit on three different ocassions! We especially appreciate the recent upgrade from the fold out sofa to twin beds in the second bedroom. The condo is nicely furnished and the property itself is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen could have been a bit more complete with cooking utensils and storage space (we like to cook on vacation), however, it was that a major issue. We think this unit provides excellent value for dollar and it will be our #1 choice for future trips. |
