| Really enjoyed our stay. The house was in a good location for beach and groceries. The only leasing staff was very accomodating in getting a few extra days to our stay. Liked the lay out of the house and the 3 bathrooms were a great assest. the only down side was that, although the house was off from the main street by 1/2 a lot, some mornings the truch traffic was very noisy. |

| This home is wonderful. Bus trolley on the corner right at the end of the drive. Less than two blocks to a beautiful shoreline, many places to dine all within a short walk. Our arrival was early and we were very unhappy about not be able to get in early. in fact we got in later then promised because the home was last to be cleaned. We were given the wrong keys and not only now late getting in but had to drive back to get the correct keys and the pool was GREEN. Well, in the morning we found the pool spotless, I have no idea when they came and cleaned everything but it was before we woke, sun shining, and a wonderful stay. All was forgiven and we are booked already for this year. |

| This home is beautiful! We had a wonderful time. The pool is nicely landscaped and private and we loved the gated driveway. The location is perfect because the trolley stop is right on the corner and the grocery store is across the street. It does get a little noisy from the traffic, but only during the day and the trees shield the view so you really only hear it. The house itself feels luxurious but cozy. It is well-equipped, the appliances are newer and the decor is very pretty. We ate breakfast out on the balcony every morning, enjoying the breeze and listening to the birds. There were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. We felt this home was an excellent value and hope to stay there again one day. If you're looking for something a bit nicer than average, definately consider this home for your vacation. (And it's perfect for kids too!) |

My family and friends; four adults and two children stayed at this property at the end of August 2008. When we first arrived, we were very disappointed - the home was filthy - both inside and outside - dirty clothes and out of date food from previous guests had been left in cupboards and it looked as if no-one had cleaned for some time. The place smelt stuffy and we had to clean before we could even un-pack. We contacted the agent, who then arranged for a cleaner - who came and did a fantastic job of making the place as special as it really ought to have been at first!
The accomodation is in a perfect location, just a two minute walk to the beach and just across the road from the supermarket and chemist! Altough located quite close to a busy road, noise was never an issue.
The property itself is lovely, although maybe a little small, but with so much to do outside, we spent very little time inside, and when we did it was comfortable and had all the home-comforts that you would require.
The pool isn't exactly massive, but was great for cooling off and the outside has plenty of shaded and sunny areas. The only downside was being a un-covered pool it did tend to get dirty, but is easily cleaned.
Anna Maria is a fantastic place, with wonderful beaches, places to eat, and a lovely atmosphere. Would definately recommend it to anyone, and plan to go back myself next year!!

we loved the house, but the swimming pool was horrible. it rain the night before, any all the stuff from the trees fell in the pool,k we had dead snakes and frogs in the pool, and the rental company would not come and clean the pool out.so i was unhappy that we could not swim in the pool because of all the dirt in the bottom. and the skimmer they gave us to skim the pool was broken so you could not use it to get out the dirt!

| THIS VACATION HOME IS THE PERFECT TWO FAMILY VACATION HOME. TWO MASTER BEDROOMS AND ONE BEDROOM WITH TWO TWINS IS GREAT FOR CHILDREN. BRING YOUR BEACH TOWELS, CHAIRS,POLES, AND A SMALL COOLER FOR THE BEACH AND YOUR SET. THE BEACH HOUSE PROVIDES THE REST. (TOYS, FLOATS, ETC.)GET READY TO ENJOY ONE OF THE BEST BEACHES IN THE WORLD. WE LOOK FORWARD TO COMING BACK TO THIS WONDERFUL BEACH FOR MANY YEARS TO COME. MAKE SURE YOU BRING FAMILY AND FRIENDS TOO EXPERIENCE THE BEST FLORIDA'S GULF COAST HAS TO OFFER!! |
