Fantastic Ground level home West of Gulf Drive on highly demanded White Avenue. White Avenue is nationally known for the best surfing on Anna Maria Island. This Four Bedroom Two bath is perfect for extended family stays. This property specializes in entertainment. The dining room table comfortably sits 12 with a spare table and ample space to seat another 8 in the dining area as well as 4 on the enclosed patio. The home offers (2) flat screen tv's with DVD players in the bedroom as well as a 46" Plasma Television in the great room. Also included in the great room is a DVD player, Bose Surround Sound, and Playstation II. Wireless internet allows for you to check email's any time of the day from pool side or the enclosed patio enclosure.
....Did we mention entertainment? Outdoors you will find a 30' by 15' Patio enclosure with roof and fully enclosed by screens. Relax and watch folks at the pool while listening to your outdoor speaker system with remote volume while inside the patio enclosure. Pool side let the 4' waterfall lull you to sleep on one of four loungers or sit at the outdoor kitchen bar. Mix up your favorite drinks at the outdoor bar supplied with large state of the art Stainless Steel infa-red barbecue grill outfitted with a side burner, refrigerator, stainless steel pull out trash, sink with hot and cold water, outlets for appliances, as well as a 46 quart bench cooler that can store a large volume of cold beverages that the refigerator cannot fit pool side. Four - bar height swivel stools allow you to sit at the bar or the 4 top table provided by the four foot waterfall. Did we mention (2) MORE speakers pool side with remote volume switch that will make sure the celebration is one to remember.
....Entertainment.... Parking for 50 vehicles within 50' of the property as well as extra large lot allows for a tent 40'X20' large. Upon special request this property will accommodate wedding receptions and just a short stroll past 4 homes will get you to the Gulf of Mexico for your perfect vacation or beach side Wedding. The beach access will give you deja vue because you will sware you have seen the entry to the beach in your dreams or in a perfect beach movie. Also, Unlimited USA long distance. Sorry no calls in or out internationally.

The house was good and the pool great. But I had asked about beach toys, equipment and beach towels specifically.I was lead to believe toys and towels would be there but not beach chairs. Got there NO beach towels had to call and rent them! Bath towels were cheap and only 10 total for a house that sleeps 14. They said they would bring more but never did. Next time when I am looking on VRBO for rentals and a rental company returns my e-mail, I will move on.

| We have vacationed on Anna Maria Island for 6 years now. We bring our sons and their families for a week away from it all. Our family had a marvelous time here. House was big enough for 6 adults and 3 toddlers. Outdoor patio/pool area was highly enjoyable. Just a skip to the beach. Covered porch for breakfasts. All the amenities and more. Will probably pick for next years trip too. |

| Perfect accomodations for our family. Six adults and 4 children (18 mo's - 10 yrs) ate, played and slept in style. Close to trolley stop and beach access. Pool and screened porch were in constant use. |

| We found the house to be better than the pictures! Plenty of space, (important with teens) great kitchen and easy to get settled in and relaxed quickly. We were thrilled with the close proximity to the beach access and took long walks daily. We thought the beach was as good as any Caribbean beach. Walking distance to a couple great restaurants on the beach and easy drive to the Publix for anything we needed. |

My father lives on AMI and we come down every year. We rented this house in February, for a family reunion - it was terrific. We had dinner "in" each night. Loved the grill and outdoor kitchen area. Pool and waterfall very very private and inviting. Great for entertaining! We thought the house was well appointed and had plenty of bedrooms.
The only thing the house needs are some beach towels and beach chairs.
The staff at Island Realty was very attentive and answered any of our calls. Would love to stay there again!! Beattie Stabeck |

We had a lovely time at the house. It was a beautiful home that suited our needs perfectly. There was plenty of beds and all 11 of us could fit nicely around the living room and better yet be comfortable.
The pool area was fantastic as that is where we spend most of our time seeing that Tropical Storm Fay stirred up the ocean so much that it was difficult to stand in. We loved all the vegetation around the pool, the music, the lounge chairs and the kitchen equipment.
We have no complaints about this home, out stay was just lovely.

A great place and close to the beach. It's on a dead-end street and it has lots of trees around for shade. The pool was just right for children and cooling off. There were plenty of linens and pillows. But it lacked good frying pans and the few pots lacked a cover. Also the quality of the knives left a lot to be desired. We stayed with 5 children ranging from 5 years to infants. You need to bring your own booster seat or pack and plays.
The 4 bedrooms offered a great sleep with good quality beds. And the living room and dining room was very large and comfortable. We would stay there again in a jiff. |
