Adorable four bedroom and two bath beach cottage so close to the beach you can smell the salt air. The sugar sand beach is only steps away at the end of the street. This "Old Florida" beach house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood of Anna Maria City. White picket fences, Savannah shutters and lush Florida landscaping give this property a "down home" Florida feel.
The interior is comfortably furnished to handle large groups. The beach home was extremely progressive in it's day as the kitchen, dining area, and living areas are all open to encourage reconnecting with friends and family in the Great Room. The Great Room includes a large flat screen TV with DVD player that can be seen from the kitchen or while sitting in most spots of the dining room table. There is an additional 5 seats at the bar counter in the kitchen. Between the dining table and bar counter, 11 can be comfortably seated and there is plenty of room for more inside or out.
This unique beach home boasts a SECOND living area or bonus room that has been set up primarily for children in the group although the set up is not absolute. The second living area has sectionals as well as a flat screen television equipped with a DVD player and PLAYSTATION II to ensure everyone has fun on vacation. Just off the second living area is the extra large patio to the pool, outdoor seating, and barbecue. The new pool is heated with a beautiful waterfall, lush tropical landscaping, seating for 10, and recliners for sunbathing. The easy access from the second living area makes outdoor entertaining perfect for children and friends. Most of the home is equipped with ceramic floors so the home is truly BEACH Friendly for all ages. Lastly, the master bedroom includes a flat screen television.
The home can accommodate 14 however there is a $100 charge per person per week over 12 guests. Discover a new beach everyday with seven miles of sugar white sand coast line just steps from your front door. When you take a vacation to Anna Maria you will never want to leave again.

This is a wonderful and spacious home. The best part, I feel, is that at night, the entire sky fills with stars enough that your heart could just burst underneath its beauty.
Take your own private beach access lined with sculptures and anecdotes and you're sure to meet Infinity underneath that sky and the sounds of endless waves crashing on the beach.
Staying here was one of the most memorable nights in my life. I laid in that pool long into the next morning.
The best part is that it's so secluded, you never see traffic and you don't have to contend with noisy neighbors on your private getaway.
With two family rooms and four bedrooms, you could bring as many as hold places in your heart and not feel bad when you go to the other room so you don't have to look at their faces anymore.
Perfect for family, friends, and even the occasional person you're only friends with because someone else is their friend that you're traveling with. :-) |

My NYC friend and my husband bill and I shared the rental...We enjoyed the spaciousness and comfortable beds and the big kitchen and dining area...I enjoyed the heated pool I did aerobics in it most days...We enjoyed it's location ,,,...a short walk to beach and to the free trolley...there wasn't enough cupboard and closet and drawer space in two of the bedrooms..Not enough cabinet space in bathrooms...Kitchen teflon pots and pans were sctached and we ended up using the non teflon pots to cook there were no juice glasses or small glasses...in...kitchen towels were thin and some were ragged....the dvd didn't work in the living room Hitachi Screen the technician reported that the Hitachi remote was needed before the dvd could be hooked up properly..this was not a big disappointment as there was plenty to do without watching DVDs..But other renters might be disappointed.... two of us were using our lap tops daily for our work and there wasn't adequate surfaces for this activity We used the trunk and on top of the short wicker dresser for the lap tops It was Quite uncomfortable.. but we did the best we could...
The other big disappointment for me,, but it didn't bother the others. was,.The whole house was too dark and we couldn't take the shutters off to allow more light in...the lighting wasn't bright enough for me....
We would recommend it but unless conditions change I think the rent is too high..... |

| we really enjoyed our stay at the peppertree house, the air was not working properly until the last day there but we still really had a great time, would like to rent this again but i understand the price went up really higher with the pool, so i doubt we will be able to afford this next year, we like to come to the beach every year if we can, we love anna maria island..again really enjoyed the house on peppertree..117.......thanks, laurie cason |

Nice and big house just steps to the beach.
Although need improvement.
First of all the house was not as clean as it should. Sheets were not changed in one bed
and it was a lot of dust and trash under the other beds.
The Kitchen was poorly equipped.
In my case I have 2 dogs and the yard was not totally fenced, So I had to install temporarily a fence for them. Fortunately the realtor company that rented me the house returned me the pet fee.

| house was comfortable, spacious and convenient to everything. Only problem was the back rooms which must have been converted and enclosed were lacking air conditioning. My kids were not able to sleep in the back as hoped. |

This house was ideal for us because we had 3 family groups,two couples plus a couple with with 2 babies; the house is laid out to afford each group privacy. It has two livingrooms, one of which we used for a toysroom.
The house had everything, not super deluxe, but very comfortable and cozy. Of course the best thing is the short walk to the best beach in the world! |

| The location and home is highly recommended. I have used this realty company for 15 years and every time I call they set us up with everything we need and the staff is very helpfull. We have 4 childred from the ages of 15 to 9. This house was perfect for us. Very close to the beach, very roomy, three living rooms with large tv's and a game system kept the kids entertained when we weren't at the beach. The garage had all of the beach equiptment you will need. On a nice quiet corner lot. This home had enough sleeping space for us and could easily house 3 families. We would definetly consider staying again. There were only two minor things: (1) kitchen cabinets needed to be wiped down and the neighbors behind us had small childred. I would check before booking to see if the rental property behind this house was rented to a family with small children. They would go swimming every morning around 6:30 to 7:00 a.m. to swim and were loud. They would wake everyone up. |

We loved the house and it was very clean and was a nice place to stay exceptfor a couple of items.
The grill did not have gas and was so dirty that evey after we ran all over and finally found some gas for the grill it was too dirty to work properly. We love to cook our own meals and we did not have a grill as promised.
We took your recommendation and went to the Sand Bar Restaurant and it was not very good.
You need to take it off the listings for good restaurants.
But the house was wonderful and so clean and nice. |

| I like to start with thanking the Staff at Island Real Estate & Vacation Rentals, even thought it was raining upon our arrival they turned it in to a Sunny Day in paradise. Their professional and friendly atmosphere felt at if I was at a Five Star, Five Diamond Island Resort. The pictures and description of the rental fall short of how comfortable and covenant it was to stay at the cozy home. They even had a blender on hand to create Flavorful Daiquiris at a push of a button. Shopping Centers are close enough to stock up with your favorite foods, beer and wines to include tasteful Family restaurants if you decide to enjoy the town. The secluded beach areas minimize the tourists, it maximized the fun and relaxation which made it feel as if we were part of an exclusive VIP Club. From the early morning walks on the beach, afternoon barbeques, late evening sunsets and midnight moonlit crab hunts with the family made it all “ JUST PRICELESS”!!. I could continue writing a novel on the Slice of Paradise we had discovered, but I will let you experience the soft powdered sand beaches and the relaxing atmosphere that Anna Maria Island has to offer. One week will never be just enough time to enjoy it all. |
