The access is just across the street from the villa so flip flops are optional for your walks to the beach! Partial Gulf views from the expanded porch Gulf Side make for a perfect outdoor relaxation area. Fantastic property comfortable and convenient.
We absolutely love this property. We are repeat customers. This particular property is the site of our Annual Grown Ups only vacation.
The accomodations are comfortable and convenient to Fishing, Shopping, Restraunts, and of course the beach.
This is like our home away from home, we would recomend it to anyone.

Beach, beach, beach!!
This place is perfect! This is our second year staying here. It's perfect for a family, plenty of room for everyone and right at the beach. The access is directly across the street which is not traveled much. We will be back again next year.
If you want a beach vacation, this is it. We got up each morning, ate breakfast, and went out to the beach. When we got hungry, we would leave everything out on the beach and come in for lunch. Then back out again until the hunger pains hit again for dinner. Then back out for the sunset - which is my favorite time of the day.
The only flaw is no ocean view but when you are literally across the street from it, it's ok! Beautiful! More...

Free beer!
This was a great rental in a good position although the beach is slightly more (about 80yds) than a flip flp to the beach.
The owners had left us free beer as a welcome. We met them later as they were staying in the apt above and they were really nice.
our only concern was the cleaner - when she attended the apt above, she was smoking. Also when we stripped the bedding at the end of the rental, we found several stains on the under-cover and sheet showing that the had not been washed. We did not say anthing to the cleaner as she had a boyfriend (who was also a smoker) and they spent a couple of hours in the apt above one evening and we were concerned in case of repercussions.
