| the house was great. Only problem was the refrigerator in the kitchen went out and it was 2 days before a new one was delivered. We did not lose anything to speak of, but spent $21.80 for ice to transfer everything to coolers. Reimbursement would be nice. |

| Overall, this is a great house for the price. We had a very large family group and had plenty of room. The theatre and game room helped a few rainy days pass quickly. We did encounter some minor issues, however, perhaps because we were renting so late in the season. All but one or two beach chairs were broken (as were most of the boogie boards), so we had to rent chairs and boards for the week. Also, several of the bicycles were not operable. Not a big deal, but the description should not advertise that these are available if they are not. |

| It is obvious that the owner cares about the comfort and happiness of the renters. Our family has been travelling to the Outer Banks for 11 years, and we have never rented a house which was more comfortable or better equipped. |

Atlantis had plenty of room for all of us. We ranged in age from 20months to 89 years, and everyone loved the house and being right on the beach! There was lots of pool and sand toys for the kids, plenty of chairs for the grown-ups and enough space inside and outside the house for all. The theater room was especially loved by the teen/pre-teen crowd, and again, an awesome video library!
Outer Banks Blue was great to work with. Very friendly and helpful. Especially loved the keyless door code!

Everything was great! The house was fabulous, so much space for all 22 of us. We had 9 adults and 13 kids ranging in age from 20 down to 1 yr. There was something for everyone! House was convenient to all activities and restaurants. Since this was a family reunion we just enjoyed being together!
Outer Banks Blue was a pleasure to work with. Everything was clean and ready for us upon arrival. I guess for me having the beds made was a real plus!

| HI, the house and the service were great. It was well equiped and the price was right. THe theater was very nice, great pool. There was plenty of room for all 26 of us. WE have people in their twenties who wanted things to do at night so they were all happy. All of the 40 and 50's hung around the house. Some of the people are not beach people so they had pleny to do also. This house and location was a very good fit for our entire mob.. thanks |

| We went with my entire family, 28 people, this house was a perfect fit for our family. We kept saying that it was there especially for us. There was no one left without something to do at all times, from the beach toys and chairs to the inside movie theater it has it all!!! There is really no need to bring anything from home, if you wanted it , it was there already. I can't say enough about this house it was the best house we have ever stayed at, and we have been coming to the Outer Banks for over 12 years! If we decide to all, as a family, come again this is the only house I would want to stay at! We had a wonderful time and the house was absolutely wonderful! |

| When we arrived at the Atlantis home, the great service started immediately. The cleaning crew was very friendly and polite. We had called the rental office a few times throughout the week to have the hot tubs, ice maker, and pool alarm checked, and the service crew was very prompt, polite and helpful. The staff at Outer Banks Blue were very easy and friendly to work with. They really made the planning process easy. We loved the home very much. They thought of every detail, from plenty of kitchen supplies to beach chairs and bicycles. The location was perfect. Not too far from shopping and attractions. The amentities were excellent. All 26 of us loved the home theatre room and having two sets of washers and dryers was a plus. We liked being able to see the ocean from the top floor of the house; however, all of the steps were tough on my elderly parents. The 16 grandchildren in our family ranged in ages from 2 to 21, and no one was ever bored. Thank you for an awesome, relaxing and memorable week! We would definitely come back to Atlantis again. |

| We enjoyed our stay at the Atlantis. Our students enjoyed the house mostly because of the movie room and pool. The house had everything we needed for our week stay. The kids behaved and picked up after themselves. The house was kept up and clean when we arrived. We were so overwhelmed of the space and rooms. We were able to do cooking and grilling, which saved us some money. It was wonderful that the pool was heated and we had two hot tubs. Thanks for letting us use your home. We highly recommended it to families here at our school. We will be sure to use you again at our next stay, whenever that may be. Thanks again! |

| Stayed here for a week with 20 plus people, had a great time, no need for dolphin tour they are just out on the beach early in the morning. House was extremely well stocked, movie room was amazing as well as the pool. We had a great time. |

| A total of 3 families spent a great week at the Atlantis. It was nice to have our own space to spread out and not feel crowded. The home was cozy and all the amenities from the kitchen to the games was unexpected and greatly appreciated. It was a fun and relaxing experience. Close to beach, stores and activities. Bring extra towels and make sure you use life jackets in the ocean. |

There were 26 people there almost all week. What a GREAT TIME!
My group of HS friends (YaYa's) rent a home in OBX every year. This time each brought some family members with them and there was plenty of room for all.
The convenience of the house being right on the beach was incredible. The pool lovers stayed behind at the pool while others drifted to the beach. The new beach chairs did not come until our last day, but, oh well. We also missed an elevator (which has been a requirement for the last 4 or 5 vacation). Obviously, we made do. The cribs and highchairs were a big help. It truly was an incredible vacation. Thanks so much for all your hospitality. |

| This vacation property was perfect for us.The house was amazing. The house was perfect for kids with the game room and theater there was always plenty to do. We rarely left the premise. I would definitely recommend this home.It was the first time we had several families in one home for vacation and everyone had their own space. I wouldn't do it any other way. |

| This lovely home is right on the beach w/ a pool and 2 hot tubs. We were a group of 20 from ages 74 to 4. The kids loved the first level w/ the pool table, pac-man, video games, bedrooms and enjoyed having their own space. There was an indoor theatre which was really nice and a great selection of movies. The family room/ great room on the top floor was gorgeous! There was plenty of room for everyone w/ a spacious kitchen area, 2 dishwashers and plenty of counter space and seating for all. The deck views were peaceful and we sat out and relaxed. There were bikes available for us to ride. Everything was very clean and in excellent condition. We ended up cooking meals 'at home' as we enjoyed the space and hung out together--very relaxing and comfortable. All the extras were there too including ice makers,2 sets of wahers/dryers and plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. Just a wonderful place to vacation w/ family and friends! |

The Atlantis, in So Nags Head, was the best location we have ever held our yearly family reunion!
With 10 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, a movie room, private pool and jacuzzi's in an immaculate house on the beach, who could ask for more? This house comes with so many amenities and is so fully stocked all you have to bring is your clothes, everything else is there.
We had 8 families and not once did we feel we were crowding each other. There is so much space.
I don't think you could find a better large sized beach front home than this one! |

The Atlantis has become our favorite summer get away. The large haome has plenty of room for the 5 families that share it each summer. The kids love the beach, pool, game room and of course the theatre room. We love having internet access, too. We don't even go out on the town much when we visit because everyone loves the house so much. If we want to shop or do other fun things, Nags Head has plenty to do.
We have searched for many years to find just the right beach house that meets all of our needs. When we found Atlantis last year, we knew that it was the house for our large group. We hope to come back for many years to enjoy the Outer Banks with our close friends. |
