The home is very roomy and perfect for large family gatherings, but is in need of updating & sprucing up. I'm not a fan of carpet in bathrooms...

This was my first experience with renting a property rather than a hotel stay. The property was in excellent condition and the view was spectacular - the main reason I was taking myself and my two kids ages 10 and 12 (whom have never seen the ocean)on vacation. The beaches were a white sand paradise and the water was warm - perfect for swimming and relaxing. We saw dolphins swim at sunset as we walked the beach. The location of the property was close enough to enjoy shopping and restaurants but far enough away to enjoy privacy and peace at the beach. I could have saved much more by dining in the unit as it was fully equipped, but chose to enjoy the area restaurants instead. April seemed to be a cost effective time to visit, great weather, and uncrowded beaches.

We vacationed for a week in May 2008. We had a great, relaxing time. The property was nice, large, and with 2 TV's it made it nice if we wanted to watch something different. It was also nice to have a washer & dryer there to keep up with the laundry and towels. The screened in porch was wonderful. You could sit on the porch at night and not get eaten up with bugs. We will definitely consider renting there again. The light switches were confusing at times and there were quite a few burned out lightbulbs but other than that, it was wonderful.
