Place was great...nice pools & hot tubs. Condo was
nice...LCD TV's in all rooms...balcony and balcony
furniture was excellent...Mattress was a little soft
for me, but then again, I'm picky about that. Covered
parking is a big plus! Young's was very easy to deal

Had a great vacation with family. Condo was clean. Fantastic view of gulf and beach. Did not use pool or exercise rooms - beach and weather was wonderful and we had no reason to retreat indoors.

To begin with, Young's Suncoast realty company is fabulous. I decided to
extend my stay and had booked another room at the Lighthouse for 3 previous
nights through another agency. However, the room we were staying in was
not available another night, so I began calling around. Shelly, at Young's was
so helpful and found this room, which just happened to be 3 doors down from
our current room (how ironic). My only slight complaint would be that it was a
slight bit loud since the elevators are right there are the front door. If you are
a light sleeper, just bring some ear plugs. Otherwise, great room.

This condo is on the 7th floor. Not the 9th as shown on the preview.
It is positioned perfectly in relation to view, closeness to elevator and The Lighthouse is awesome. Security is very good at all times. Pools are superb and parking is very easy.
Only bad thing is the sign in front is surrounded by greenery and hard to see when entering property.
We plan on renting this condo(709)again. It is beautiful. Feels like home when you first open the door. If we had saved our money throughout our lives, this would be a great investment for full time living.
The owners are from Alabama, and made a wise investment on this condo.
