This will be my 4th year to go to the Annual Shrimp Festival in Gulf Shores. I brought my mom and sister-in-law, and they were blown away by The Lighthouse, and loved not only how the condo is spacious and laid out, but the amenities and location. Having the indoor pool and the 2 gorgeous outdoor pools was yet another huge plus. Last year, I rented a unit at San Carlos through Young's and it was nice as well, but The Lighthouse i think is my favorite! I want to also commend the speedy response to my call when needing help with the internet.

| The Lighthouse is absolutely beautiful. This is the third year we have stayed there and I can't bring myself to stay anywhere else now. Quick and easy check in and out. Zero entry pool great for the kids. Located close to restaurants and souvenir shops. I can not wait until next year!!! |

We were very pleased with the rental service we received from Young's Suncoast - great phone and in-person service. The Lighthouse is an excellent property, especially for families with children and I can't imagine that we would return to Gulf Shores and consider any other property. The unit itself was great for us as a family of five. We enjoyed the location on the eighth floor and the layout of the unit itself. The furnishings were good and we liked the kitchen, plus the large utility room with full size washer and dryer were a real plus.
The negatives: there were two for us. First, the balcony furniture is very basic (flimsy plastic chairs, one of which was broken). I could see that most of the other units had far better balcony furniture than this one. Second, the dryer element of the dishwasher doesn't work well so you have to towel dry the dishes before putting them back.
Summary: If the two negatives above are addressed I would change it to five stars. I do still recommend the property based on the positives. |

| The week began with an early check in, our condo was ready when we arrived in Gulf Shores. The unit was well equiped and very clean. Everyone at Young's Suncoast was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this unit to my best friends. |

This was our second vacation to Gulf Shores. We absolutely loved this place! The Lighthouse is very family friendly and made our stay perfect. Our kids loved the different pools and easy access to the beach. It was easy to be at the beach and go back for meals and naps.
The condo had everything we asked for and was very clean. The washer and dryer were invaluable to us and used frequently. The rooms were in good condition. It was a very relaxing place to stay! |
