The Summer Cottages are situated in the very popular Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach and are free standing and spacious cottages with the benefits of a complex setting but with the privacy of a house. Summer Cottages are located just a short walk to the beach and are professionally managed vacation rental properties offered by Booe Realty. The Summer Cottage units have 3 bedrooms / 2 baths. These wonderful vacation rentals all have living rooms, dining area, completely equipped kitchen and a balcony. Cottages come equipped with such standard amenities as central heat / air conditioning, carpeting, cable television, telephone, microwave washer/dryer and dishwasher. The Summer Cottages feature 2 outdoor swimming pools. The Summer Cottages does not allow pets or motorcycles on the premises. Standard bedding for these vacation rentals includes: 2 Queen beds, 2 Twin Beds and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Please inquire as to the bedding sizes. The maximum occupancy is 8 people.

Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through CSA Travel Protection and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in.
