We enjoyed our stay at Pelican's Watch and have been staying there and Pelican's Landing for past 18 years or so.
PW-320 was a nice unit, but I do think the kitchen needs to be a little better stocked. Missing a lot of items that you would have in a normal stocked kitchen (serving bowls, salad tongs, measuring cups, coffee scoop, etc.) The ice maker did not work the best, we purchased bagged ice and did fine with that.
We have brought our linens in the past, but this year we didn't due to limited packing space. The sheets really didn't fit the beds very well at all. But again, we could live with it. I don't think the bedspreads had been laundered. We pull them down to the foot of the beds anyway, but they appeared to be soiled a little or stained.
We had a nice week, but I do not think I would choose this unit again.

We had a really great time the week we stayed here. It was a great size condo for our two families and we were lucky to have awesome weather all week. I would definitely stay here again, though I would like to see the water pressure in the 2nd bathroom improved upon. Also, the comfort of the mattress in the 2nd bedroom was something to be desired. But compared to our overall experience, these things were minor and easy to overlook. The screened in porch was definitely a plus, and thank goodness for the washer and dryer! The condo location was perfect. On a dead end street-there wasn't too much traffic, yet it was close enough to everything we wanted to do. Thanks so much for sharing with us!

For a beach vacation, this condo is great. Everything was clean and nothing was broken. The kitchen wasn't missing anything needed for making almost any meal.

We enjoyed a very nice week weather wise.Your condonium is located close enough to the beach that this did not cause a problem for the kids. We had a great time at Ocean Annie's where the older children enjoyed them self immensely.
Now for the issues that needed some attention.We were not impressed with the the fruit flies that we tried to get rid of all week and the sheets we payed for were definitly the wrong size. Other than that I would rent this cond. again. Thanks and have a great day.

First time in this part of Myrtle Beach and just loved it... not too croudy, close to everything, beach clean and quiet, just as we like it.
