| We had a really nice stay here. It was much better than expected since we contacted the realty company the day we were driving down to the beach. We got there and were pleasantly surprised. The only things we weren't happy about was that there wasn't a working phone and I had to clean a bit when we got there. However, the realty company did tell me that the owner had a friend stay over the weekend and they didn't have anyone go to the condo to check to make sure it had been cleaned. I told them that was okay. When we got there I had to clean the bathrooms and it looked like someone had washed the dishes, but they didn't get them clean, so I had to handwash pots and pans before I used them. We had a late check-in so when I went to the realty company the next morning, they offered to send someone over to clean, but I declined. Everything else was excellent and I will definitely stay here again. |

| The apartment was more beautiful than I could tell from the pictures. Everything that I could have ever needed was available and it was extrememly clean. The staff at BOOE realty was very cordial and helpful as it was my first experiece with them. I plan to book all my Myrtle Beach vacations thru Booe and reccomend it highly to my friends. |
