| Nice house especially was happy about the cable tv and jacuzzi, however it would have been better if there were 2 bathrooms. But we survive the one bathroom, our next rental we would prefer a location away from the main road(Hyw 18) and a little more secluded location. |

| Thank you for your response to our survey of Bee Bears, Unit 312. We have verified the internet shows only 1 bathroom for this unit. This is a gambel house and has the typical 2 bedroom 1 bath configuration for this size gambrel. The house is on a dead-end street with very few houses. Please come and stay in Big Bear again. There are lots of activities year-round. |

Excellent Cabin |

We stayed there for a weekend to ski and play in the snow. It was close to everything. There was plenty of places to play around the cabin.
The cabin is in great shape. We had no problems as at all.
The only downside was the beds were alittle hard, but after skiing all day, we were too tired to care.
The hot tub worked fine and was warm and ready to go. |

A Great Get Away |

I went up to this cabin with some friends for new years. The cabin was in great condition and had plenty of snow and a hill right behind it for sledding. Sharing 1 bathroom can get tricky with 7 people but we managed. We were glad we brought chains since the hill up to the driveway was icy and fairly steep. The spa was great and the beds were warm and comfy. The bedrooms have closet space but not many dressers. The heater kept the cabin nice and warm too. This was a great trip and a wonderful cabin.
I suggest bringing extra towels and chains if you're going to this cabin in winter especially! |

| Loved the cabin! very warm & inviting but the beds weren't comfy & we found pet hair all over the linens and couches. Over all great location, we would definitely consider returning. |

Manager Response: September 29, 2008 |
| Thank you for your response to Bee Bears Unit 312. The owner is working on more comfort for the beds. This unit is a non-pet friendly unit. There should have been no pet hair and if there was our housekeeping staff should have taken care of this. We are sorry for this inconvience. Please come and stay with us again. We will make sure you have a better stay. |

Quiet location, sleepless night in terrible beds |

| We loved this cabin until bedtime, when none of us could sleep (not even the kids who normally sleep fine) because the beds were so ridiculously uncomfortable. The bunk beds squeaked and made it impossible to enjoy the otherwise quiet setting, and the queen beds were sloped and sagging. There were not mattress pads on some of the beds and my daughter felt worse than the princess and the pea because the hard mattress buttons poked through the sheet. We talked to the vacation rental manager in the morning and they moved us to another equally unacceptable site, so we just forfeited our second nights' stay and went home to sleep in our own beds. |

Manager Response: August 16, 2008 |
| Tnank for responding to our survey on Bee Bears Unit 312. We will make sure mattress pads are put on the beds. We are evaluating the mattresses to see if they fell comfortable after the pads are placed. Again, thank your for your response. We are sorry the subsequent move to a different cabin didn't meet your needs. |

Wonderful woodsy feel! |

We spent three wonderful nights at Bee Bears in July. The cabin was
just like the pictures and a perfect size for five of us. The beds
were comfortable, the jacuzzi and decks were fun, and the BBQ and
kitchen worked well.
The cabin is in a convenient location. It is a 5-minute drive to the
closest fishing beach and about 10 minutes to get into the village
where you can rent kayaks or other boats, go to the swimming
beach, take the chair lift up Snow Summit and hike down the
mountain, go to the water park, etc. It took about 20 minutes to
get to the Discovery Center on the other side of the lake. There
were plenty of summer activities and clearly marked hikes in and
around Big Bear for the whole family to enjoy.
Our only suggestion would be to take your own wine glasses and
kitchen towels.

| We had a great time, the weather was sooo cool and the scenary was beautiful. We live in Las Vegas and need to escape the heat wave. Big Bear gave us that chance. We enjoyed the Harbor cruise. People were very friendly. The cabin was away from the main rental areas and was very quiet. We plan to go again and hope to rent the same Bee Bear cabin.... |

| Had we known (paid more attention to the description) we would never had rented this unit. There is only one bathroom and it is downstairs while both bedrooms are upstairs which makes it very inconvenient if you have to use the bathroom at night. The only other issue we had was cleanliness. The upper deck was filthy as was the spa. The property mgmt co. responded quickly after we called and it was dealt with promptly. Overall not a bad unit but not special either. |

Manager Response: July 22, 2008 |
| Thank your for responding to our survey. I am sorry this cabin did not give you the experience you deserve. We strive to make sure the descriptions accurately state the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. We will note in the description or the unit that the bathroom is downstairs while the bedrooms are upstairs. It is unacceptable the unit did not meet cleanliness standards. It is also unacceptable the spa was not clean. We have pool/spa certified technicians who are responsible for keeping the spas cleaning and running. We will make sure this spa has special attention paid to it as well as review this complaint with our spa servicing personnel. |

Nasty Little Suprises |

| Well, HONESTLY, the night we stayed there, we found a couple little suprises. In one of the bunkbeds in one room, there was a child's underwear with obvious brown stains in it, lodged in a corner of the bed. In the same bedroom, the queen bed had a LONG wire sticking out of it which ended up cutting my friend's leg. Also, I'm not if it's JUST because it was winter, but the jacuzzi does NOT get hot at all. Just luke warm. Whoever is the cleaning crew for this cabin is horrible. |

| Thank you for your response to Unit 312, Bee Bears Cabin. The mattresses in the unit we replaced about a month ago. We found nothing sticking up (and available for poking someone in the back)in either mattress. We do have in in-house cleaning staff. They are required to do a professional clean on our units. We are sorry your experience did not meet with our standards. The cleaning staff can be sent if you have a housekeeping problem in the unit. Again, we thank you for responding to our survey. |
