The check-in was quick with no problems. The cabin was pleasant and comfortable. However, there were a couple things that should not be considering the cost. The upstairs master bedroom did not have shades/drapes on the windows. There were see through shears - no privacy. I had to use the smaller downstairs bedroom. Also, the TV remote in the downstairs bedroom did not work. For the amount of money paid, this cabin should have been in top condition. Our family went for 4 days. We had a wonderful time, the house was large, just right for my family and our small dog. It was clean and had a pool table and jacuzzi which we all used. A plus was the washing machine and dryer, so the towels that were supplied were just washed daily and we didn't have to make a trip to the office for additional towels. The staff in the office were also friendly, fast and effecient. The only thing I would want them to improve on is the seating in the living room. 1 small sofa and 1 chair was not enough for a family of 5 unless we squeezed ourselves together which was really not comfortable. We started off our first night in a different cabin that I rented on-line, & when the heater didn't work, we were offered the second place which was much nicer(an upgrade). It was cozy, warm, roomy and entertaining with t.v.'s, a pool table, & jacuzzi. We brought our dog, so the fenced in dog run was perfect also. We all loved it, and had a great time. Almost perfect, but they could upgrade the TV in the living room to offer more premium channels (HBO, STAR, etc.). Love the fact that they take pets and have a fenced in dog run. We've stayed at this property three times and hope to return again next year.
