A beautiful log home in Moonridge with magnificent views! This single story home has three bedrooms and two baths. The master has a King size bed and TV plus a full bath. The second and third bedrooms have a Queen sized bed in each. The living room has a 32" TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo, new comfy furniture and a Queen Futon. The home has a washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with a dishwasher and dining area. The deck has a spa and incredible views! Treetop Lodge sleeps SEVEN. But please, no pets!

Perfect Relaxation |

We have stayed here 4 times, this time for 8 days. The house is always in great condition when you arrive. The views are beautiful off the back deck day and night. The spa was enjoyable. We made use of the BBQ several times. The neigborhood is quiet and enjoyable. It is a quick trip down in to the village or markets.
The only thing lacking was a broom or vacuume for clean ups when you are staying for a week.
We will definitely be back! |

The service was great, received a bag of goodies from the agency, which was nice. plenty of linens and towels.
Our Stay at Tree Top Lodge Cabin was wonderful. The Cabin was in immaculant shape and very clean. The Kitchen was very open and large. There was 2 other couples with us and the cabin was large enough to where we were not cramped in together. The views are spectacular and the neighborhood quiet and peaceful setting. Just what we came there for. To relax and unwind from our busy hectic day to day schedules.I would say the best features are the open and large kitchen and the peaceful and relaxing deck with the views out back.
The least we liked about the cabin is we were a little thrown off when we got to the cabin. We all rode motorcycles to Big Bear and the drive way that is pictured in the listing is not flat and is on a down hill slope, so it was a little challenging to park the motorcycles down the driveway, but we managed and it will definitely not deter us from renting this cabin again. I would recommend the agency to update the photo, so it is not misleading renters. The pluses of staying here definately out weigh the minor challenge of the driveway issue. We absolutely loved it. |

Big Bear Vacations always provides a clean environment, excellent facility care and service with a smile.
My family and I come up during holy week annually to reflect and was pleasantly surprised to have had 2 days of snow during our stay. This made our experience more beautiful.
The only thing I'd like to have available during my visits at Big Bear is a broom to keep the place tidy while we occupy the home. |

| Treetop #475 is a very comfortable single level home with incredible views. It is located on a very quiet street in Moonridge. We have rented this home four times before and look forward to staying at Treetop again! |

| There are not any trashcans outside. When we were getting ready to leave I hade to pick up 3 torn apart bags of trash. This has happened the last time we stayed. Anyway, this is a simple fix, and I don't think we will stay next year. I would expect a discount next time |

| I stayed here years ago and just LOVED it. It was brand new and absolutely everything was great. I remembered the name of this place because it was so outrageous, however I was just a little disappointed this time. The cabin was a bit pricey, however the condition of this place was still quite good. The only thing I would suggest is that if you want people to keep coming back again and again and to remember the actual name of the house, little things should be done to help make the stay memorable. I think a cord of wood on the fire place would be a nice touch, maybe packets of hot cocoa, just a few things to make you feel well taken care of. The front door did not close all the way and you could not lock it from the outside. A few light bulbs were out and there were no replacement bulbs in the cabin. I let the agency know this, hopefully these two things were fixed. Overall this was a great, clean and fun place to stay. |

| Thank you for your response. We do provide a bag at arrival with hot chocolate, playing cards and other items for arrivals. Some properties do have wood piles available for use and we do in the winter offer bundles in the office |

The house was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!.. Very comfortable. Very clean! Far enough away from town but not too far :)
We had a great time.. Plenty of room for everyone. The only thing that we had trouble with is finding the dumpsters to throw our trash bags away :) lol
