This beautiful contemporary brick ranch is conveniently located near the State Park in the Waterways Community. A wonderful wooded setting with a small brook where you can take leisurely walks or tour the neighborhood on your bikes. The great room features vaulted ceilings and contemporary furnishings. A large master suite with a lakeside view offers a bath with ceramic tile and a garden tub to relax! Each of the two remaining bedrooms has ceramic tiled baths. The dining area comfortably seats seven and a pub table off the kitchen is a perfect spot for morning coffee with a lake view. Sliding doors open onto a nice partially shaded deck, where you can relax while watching the children play in the yard. Exposed stairs lead to the lower level where a large inviting family room provides you with TV/DVD for your entertainment and a wet bar. From this level walk out to the patio and wander on down to the lake where you can sun bathe on the party deck, or have some fun swimming and fishing in this quiet cove. There is room for docking one boat. The Waterways Community pool, tennis courts, basketball court, beach with roped swimming area, and boat trailer storage area are available for your use. Passes and keys will be left in the home for your convenience.
