We feel you will be pleasantly surprised to find these three bedrooms offer king bedding. A large family room on the lower level opens to a comfortable patio for those lazy afternoons or casual evenings. Completing this lower level is a large bedroom and full bath with tile shower. The gently sloping yard leads to the dock with room for 2 boats. Small children will enjoy the sandy area at the water’s edge with steps leading into the water.
