| I absolutely loved this little cabin, it was very cute and very clean. There were a couple of issues though, the road this cabin is on is hell...my husband and I got lost numerous times going up and down this hill. I would recommend to know your away really well before you make the drive of a nighttime. Also the ceiling fan upstairs didn't work. Other than that the trip was wonderful, I would recommend this cabin to anyone, and also the price was wonderful. |

| Thanks for the review. The roads can be a little tricky in the mountains, but we haven't lost a guest yet! We appreciate the note on the ceiling fan and will have maintenance get it working again. |

Very clean, big place with all the amenities of home plus jacuzzi and hot tub. The only addition we'd make is someplace (inside or out) to have a real fire.
Thanks for the friendly place to stay! |

| Thanks for the note. The owner of this chalet prefers a gas fireplace for the cleanliness and convenience. Unfortunately, outdoor firepits are not allowed in Chalet Village. |

| My husband and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway! The house was a great and affordable way to get away from it all! The location was very secluded and though a little difficult to get to at night, very peaceful! The house was super clean, VERY comfortable and perfect for a couple or even a family with a child. Loved the 2 full baths (even though the shower door up stairs was a bit contrary and the sink took a bit to get warm) and jacuzzi tub. The biggest thing complaint I had was lighting for the jacuzzi tub. At night, it was a little too dark as if the bulbs were burning out or just a low wattage (would recommend a light on a dimmer for mood/preference). The bedroom was very comfortable and even the mattress wasn't bad despite previous reviews! We even went as far as looking for the mattress brand/type for our own personal use! The lighting in the bedroom was as a little too dark as well (would recommend an over head light) at night. Very spacious closet and ample drawers for clothing. We didnt use the kitchen, but the bar was handy for a quick bite and washer/dryer was a nice touch! Came in handy for the rain filled day we had! The hot tub outside was wonderful! Personally I would've enjoyed the tub a little more had it been a bit warmer, but my husband liked it just as it was. Loved the seclusion the tub location provided! Would definitely stay here again because of the location, house itself and very reasonably priced! Thanks for a wonderful weekend! |

| This was my first time to use Mountain Laurel and the service was great. I have used other companies in the past but in the future it will be Mountain Laurel. The chalet was in a great location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge just minutes from each. The chalet was very clean and well kept. The hot tub on the deck was GREAT! The washer and dryer was a nice added bonus too. Have never stayed at a chalet that have offered that kind of an amenities. The owners of this chalet should be very proud of their place and very proud of the company who rent it and maintain it. The location was the best,it was a hideaway from the normal. If you need time away from the normal, this is the place. |

| Romantic Hideaway is a perfect name for this Chalet. A perfect amount of room for two people and in a perfect location, secluded yet close enough to Piegon Forge and Gatlinburg. The picture doesnt do the outside justice. We were treated great by the Mountain Laurel staff and had no complaints. It was a little hard to find, even with the directions, however, we are flat landers and it was our own fault. The kitchen was a perfect size, the living room spacious with comfortable and usable furniture. The bedroom upstairs was decorated really nice and had a cozy feel. The hot tub was on the back porch and was clean comfortable. The only complaint we had was the mattress. While we enjoyed the kingsized bed the mattress was way too soft and I ended up leaving with a bad back. We had a great time and will definetly be going back to a chalet, however, before picking thisone will ask if the mattress has been changed. |

The jacuzzi was a dream! The absolute best.

We had a wonderful time in Tennessee. The Romantic Hideaway was everything we had hoped for and was as wonderful as the internet depicted. It was unbelievably clean and beautifully decorated as well as equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It provided a very much needed relaxing time in a quiet niche in the mountains.
We discovered just a few minor issues (ex. burned out bulbs, etc) and we were assured upon our exit that they would be taken care of and I have no doubt as the chalet was immaculate.
The only thing that I could suggest to greatly improve the amenities would be to have internet access. It would allow guests to search the internet to look up other areas of interest within Tennessee to enhance their visit. That was the only drawback to this particular chalet over others available for rental.
We will be returning to the great state of Tennessee sometime in the near future to enjoy another much needed, relaxing, stress free getaway and will once again look to Mt. Laurel Chalets for accommodations as they were a top notch provider. |

It is not far from the Gatlinburg strip but it's up on the top of the mountain with not many other cabins around if your just wanting to get away. We decided that we will stay here again! |

| Me and my girlfriend REALLY enjoyed staying at A Romantic Hideaway. We were there for four days and enjoyed every minute of it. The hot tub was fantastic and the king size bed was ridiculously comfortable. Very isolated and quiet, which is exactly what we needed to get away from the craziness of every day life. And the price was perfect for our limited budget. Only complaint was that there was no way to access the internet - not a huge deal but definitely would have been nice so that we could map out our days in Gatlinburg a little better. Service from Mtn. Laurel was fantastic, and the whole experience really helped us recharge our batteries! |

Romantic Hideaway was definately hidden away. This gave us great sharing time.
The house was clean and the energy in the house was just right. My advise is that when wanting to spend quality time with that special person in your life remember to turn your cell phone off to eliminate outside distractions. I am looking forward to coming back with my entire family and again for some quality time with that special person. Longing for another retreat to treat myself to the treats in life you dream others can afford but you can't. Romantic Hideaway is a place for quality hiding away.

| My husband and I wanted to go to a romantic place in the mountains. We had played to stay at a hotel but wanted something cozier. When I was on the computer trying to find a place I came across Mountain Laurel Chalets. The chalet was more than we had expected. It was spacious, private, and cozy. Just what we were looking for! On the way up the first day we saw a black bear in the middle of the road. How often do you get to experience that? The hot tub was great! We would recommend Mtn. Laurel Chalets to anyone that is planning a trip to the mountains. They have a lot of chalets to choose from and different price ranges. We are already planning a trip for next year. |

| The Hideaway was everything we hoped it would be. The home was very nice, included both a whirlpool spa and hot tub, the kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed the balcony patio/grill. The place was very cozy, and we felt right at home. The location is nice and secluded, but not so far out that our GPS couldn't locate it, which was a definite plus among all the winding roads (and much easier than using the map). The only suggestions we left the homeowners was to upgrade the bed/mattress; a nice pillow-topped king size mattress would add more luxury to the bedroom area, especially since the place is otherwise so romantic. The bedframe was also a bit creaky and dated. We noticed that several people before us complained about that as well in the comment book, but this may have been fixed by now since we stayed there over a year ago. Overall, it was a wonderful place, very well-kept, clean, and well worth the trip. Perfect for couples or small families. We would definitely revist if we're ever in the area again. |

This was the first Mountain Laurel Chalet we ever stayed in. In fact, it was our first time in Gatlinburg. This chalet was a perfect spot to celebrate my first day of retirement. It was very clean and looked professionally decorated. It was so well equipped and well taken care of - I kept expecting someone to come around the corner and say 'What are you doing in my house'.
But....nobody did...and we totally enjoyed our weekend. In fact, the next year - I rented this cabin for both of my children to come on seperate weekends with their spouses as a Christmas present. And...My brother came to visit from New York and he took my suggestion to take the long way home and he stayed in this cabin too. |
