| My wife and I have stayed at several chalets in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area over the last 20 years and I would have to say that we enjoyed this chalet better than any. It is decorated and painted to feel like a Florida home...bright, colorful and open. It is VERY clean and the view is WONDERFUL! We saw three bears during our three night stay and each evening two racoons came right up to the door as if to say Trick-or-treat. You WILL like this chalet! |

| We were greeted by the friendly and helpful staff that informed us about directions, stores, and exchanging linen. The home was beautiful and very clean. We picked this place because it said that it was located on several acres of land. Even though there was a home across the road from us and one behind us, with the tall trees and the way the home was facing it gave a very quiet, private feeling - which is exactly what we wanted. The kitchen had everything you needed. It came with a pool table, which we didn't think we would use, but we did enjoy playing pool every night. It was minutes away from downtown Gaitlinburg so it didn't take long to get to a store or restuarant. The best part of our stay was spending time on the upper deck either just looking at the wonderful view in the daytime or relaxing in the hot tub looking at the stars. We lucked out with a full moon coming out before our stay had ended. It was quiet and restful. We hardly watched T.V. or left the chalet. The first night we arrived we saw a large bear walking across the front lawn. We were on the upper deck so she didn't even know we were there. It was great, but we never did see another bear. I would have enjoyed the hot tub better had there been a small stool to step up on to get in and out. I am only 5'2", so without my husband's help it would have been very difficult. I understand not wanting to put up "steps", but a short stool, say about 6" high would have been nice. We also noticed that one of the trees in the front yard is beginning to block some of the beatiful view. Other than that, our visit was wonderful and we have already told others about how nice this house is. Which by the way, we heard about Mountain Laurel Chalets from a friend who had stayed at the Magnolia Place. While we were there we drove up to look at it in case we want to try someplace different on a return trip. |

| My wife and I stayed 5 days/nights in the Cottage View For 2. The house was very neat and clean and equipped with everything we needed. We spent a LOT of time in the hot tub enjoying the mountain view. Only complaint was work going on in the area...2 days of chainsaws as workers cleared power lines, and a period of no water when workers worked on water out in the street. However, no fault of the chalet...all in all, it was a great stay. I would highly recommend it and would stay there again. |

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Cottage
view for two! The view is great! We wanted
this vacation to be quiet, relaxing. Boy,
did we get this with this chalet. It is so
private. The bedroom was upstairs, it had a
whirlpool tub, hot tub on deck, the view was
great. We have stayed with Mountain Laurel
many times before and this is the first
chalet we have seen BEARS! Our first day
there we had one come up the path that is
made for viewing the Mt LeConte. It came
right up on the porch then wondered around
the house and all. On 8 different occasions
we seen them, one day there was two
together. Wow, right up on the porch. We got
lots of good pictures and video! After that
we did not lounge around on the lower deck,
instead we used the upstairs deck which we
got great views of them!
The chalet is really equipped with
everything you need, the kitchen had all the
things one needs. We took all our food with
us and did our own cooking, so we wouldn't
have to go down off the mountain, everything
at your fingertips! Such a great place!!! |

| This was the cleanest chalet we have ever stayed in. We usually go to Gatlinburg 3 or 4 times a year and have always stayed with Laurel Mountain. This was the first time to stay at this particular one. It was almost the perfect place. The only problem is the shower head is a very very water saver. |

Great views, well appointed and maintained, easy access to the city
I will return to this home. We travel often into the area and this is by far the best home and view that we have experienced, including our trips into Townsend, Tennessee.

| Perfect little getaway for two with a great view. Fire place in the living room and bedroom for a cozy time together. Plenty of room to spread out and relax, and is off the road so there is almost no traffic. The view of the smokies is great and can be seen from the bedroom and living room. Would highly recommend and would stay there again. |

| Everything was beautiful. The house immaculate and the view spectacular. The only issue was the downstairs toilet started to run slow. We had to watch our water ussage. Overall a great experience! |

The Perfect Place!!
My wife and I said our wedding vows in front of the fireplace. Professional photographer took several wonderful pictures inside and out. This cabin was the best place to start the rest of our lives together. Bears and all! We will be back on our 5th anniversary! |

I have stayed in a couple of different rentals in this area but this was by far the nicest. Everything was exactly as described. It was very well appointed and there was nothing that I felt was left out.
Picking up the keys was quick and the drive up the mountain is pleasant. Do check the weather though because past the office where you pick up the keys, if there is ice or snow, you will need 4-wheel drive or chains to make it up to the house.
The views are spectacular from the house and even though it's closer to the road than I would have thought, it's very private.
Everything was in great working order - the fireplaces, all the appliances, the hot tub. It was all well maintained and clean.
The whole house was so nicely decorated.
If there was one thing I would change, that isn't really a complaint so much for me personally, but might be for others is the grill. It wasn't great, and was very small and primitive. More like something you'd see at a camp ground than a nice house.
I would definitely recomment this place to anyone looking for a nice play to stay on the mountain.

| My wife and I spent our honeymoon here and found it wonderful. We had zero problems with the rental. It was our first time in a rental and we found the amenities to be great. Everything worked great. We loved the hot tub and pool table. We felt very isolated and far from the hustle of Gatlinburgh, which is what we wanted. The drive down into the city was a little monotonous but worth it. We never felt intruded upon and the people at the office were great. We highly recommend this rental. |

| Cottage View For 2 was by far my favorite. My husband and I went there for our anniversary and had the time of our lives. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the beautiful view. It was so private. The house was so colorful inside. It is very close to downtown, where we enjoyed restaurants and also drove to Cades Cove. We cooked out on the grill and just enjoyed the peacefulness and warmness of the place. It felt like home. We will definitely be returning ASAP! |

This was my first visit to Gatlinburg and although
the whole Dollywood thing kind of raked our
nerves, this sweet little cottage more than made
up for it. It sits high up on a mountain and has a
fantastic view. You feel like you are in the
heavens up there and it is very quiet and relaxing.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and plan to
return soon. Make sure to visit Cades Cove if you
like untouched beauty and nature. |

We spent a wonderful relaxing long weekend in Gatlinburg, celebrating our wedding anniversary. The view is beautiful. The home is as described in the pictures. This place can't be called just a house, because of all the amenities included. Beautiful, relaxing, and comfortable. The owners have gone out of their way to make this a great vacation home. Location is close enough to activities to be convenient, but far enough away to be private and quiet.
We were even lucky enough to be snowed in for a day. Wonderful day just to sit by the fire & enjoy the view.

The view is breathtaking, especially during this time of year. The house has no close neighbors, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend this house to anyone. |

| My wife and I stayed here for our 10th anniversary last year. It was the first week of October. Another week would have given us more leaf color, but there was plenty to keep your attention. The cottage was beautiful. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Relaxing wasn't a problem as it felt more like our own place than a hotel room would have. A short drive to Gatlinburg for dining and shopping was a plus, but not near as wonderful as drives through the Smoky Mountain National Park. Beautiful views and amazing scenery were just a short drive away. We plan on returning and taking our son with us next time. I would highly recommend this property. |

| My husband and I stayed at your cottage for a long weekend. Just to get away to relax. I was so surprised when I got to the cottage. It was so clean and comfortable. I have OCD and will never take my shoes off away from home but the whole time I was there I did put my shoes on. I felt like I was home. Being at the cottage was so romantic and relaxing. My favorite part was seeing all the animals. I was able to walk up to the deer. I took some great pictures of 5-6 deer right behind the cottage. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone. Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to stay at your cottage for such a wonderful, happy, relaxing trip with my husband. |
