Mornings are a peacful time in the mountains and this spot will lift your spirits in the Early Dawn. Enjoy the sunrise on the screened porch adjoining the master bedroom or soak in the splendor of the surroundings in your own hot tub.
Rate for 2 adults is $ 150 per night
Each additional adult is $ 15 per night, children 6-16 are $5.00 per night (families only)
Top level - Master suite with king bed, whirlpool and private bath, screened deck with chairs for relaxing
Main level - Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Large Deck with table and chairs for outdoor dining
Bottom level - King bedroom with whirlpool and private bath, Game room with pool table, Large deck with hot tub

| Early Dawn is a great chalet. We have stayed in several of Mountain Laurel Chalets, and have never been disappointed. The staff is always very friendly and the Chalets very clean. The hot tub and pool table in Early Dawn are great. There are a lot of steps in the Chalet, there are three floors, so if you don't want to climb steps, this probably wouldn't be the best chalet for you, but we loved it! |

| This is definitely the best chalet we have stayed in. We loved the hard wood floors throughout, the decor, the beds, the view and the three decks. The parking was not as tight as we had expected from reading other renters reviews (and we own a Chevy Tahoe - not a small car). The chalet was clean, well decorated and stocked with all of the essentials. The kitchen accessories were of good quality, and we found ourselves needing nothing during out stay. We would have liked cable in the upstairs bedroom (our daughters were bummed about not being able to watch cartoons in bed) and a tv in the downstairs bedroom (we're spoiled by watching the news in bed at night). Other than that, we were very pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this chalet to anyone. It was absolutely gorgeous and convenient for all of our activities. |

| This was our 2nd year staying with Mountain Laruel Chalets and Early Dawn was the best Chalet that we have ever stayed in. The view was awesome and the big windows let in all the sunshine. We absolutely loved it there! Will stay again in the near future. |

| We booked online and everything was exactly as we expected on checkin. The directions were clear and we found our rental property easily. The roads are winding and steep but in dry weather they are not a problem. Early Dawn is an amazing property, there is a great view of the Smokies and the sun rises outside in the most amazing colors every morning. The lot is shielded from the adjoining properties so privacy was never a problem. The furnishings are great and there was plenty of kitchen appliances and dishes though we ate out most times. A great spot we would revisit. |

David and I have been coming to Mountain Laurel for years. Early Dawn is by far one of THE NICEST properties we've ever stayed in! It was so beautiful and so comfortable, we did not want to leave! Love the windows,
hardwood floors, and roomy-ness of this Chalet. Well equipped and provided everything anyone would need! Love the Screen Porch and the beautiful view from both decks. Absolutely gorgeous ! The Owners should be proud of their home away from home with this one ! Jenni and David from Georgia |

We have rented through Mountain Laurel for the past 5 yrs. This was the first time at Early Dawn.
We enjoyed our stay tremendously! The view was excellent. We especially enjoyed it from the hot tub. Everything we needed was there. We had a couple of rainy days and the pool table was perfect for filling in some time.
There is plenty of room for two couples without getting in each others "space".
I did think the cleaning crew missed a few spots - behind the bathroom door in the master bath on the top floor, and the dining room furniture was dusty. All in all, it was a great place and we will definitely stay there again. |

| We have rented chalets with Mtn Laurel Chalets for many years. This was the first time we stayed at Early Dawn and it has now become our favorite. The view is wonderful and we loved the closeness to downtown. The upstairs screen porch is wonderful!!! The parking is a little tight since it is so close to the road, but other than that, we loved our stay and the house. My son thought the pool table was awesome. Will definitely stay here again. |

Very Solid Chalet |

| This was a very nice chalet. The three levels make it great for multiple couples who want to stay together but want privacy too. Bedroom top and bottom, living space and kitchen in the middle. The chalet was more up to date than others I have stayed in, and the architectural design really made you feel like you were staying in a vacation home rather than just a house on a mountain with a spectacular view. My only negative comments are that the parking was very tight and it wasn't overly private. We have a small SUV so we were able to get in and out fairly easily, but a truck or large SUV may have some problems as it is right on the road. It also wasn't as secluded as some of the other chalets, you could see other chalets from the windows. Although the only place you feel exposed is on the stairwell which is not that big a deal, and it is very nice aesthetically. Overall a solid chalet. |

| We really loved it here. Very peaceful. Awesome morning sunrises. We just relaxed, the whole time. Hot tub was great. Loved the pool table. Kitchen was well equipped.great scenery. | We visit Gatlinburg quite often. Early Dawn was one of our favorite Chalets yet. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a nice roomy place to stay. The pool table was great and hot tub was even better! |

| Myself, my daughter, and two granddaughters try to vacation at least once a year together for some much needed girl time. We loved the cabin and will no doubt come back to Gatlinburg again. Every thing in the cabin was beautiful and the view from the cabin was spectacular. At night we could see the tram come up the mountain and just to the right of our cabin. The lights in Gatlinburg at night were amazing. We were just talking last night about next years trip. Fun Fun Fun |

| We go to Gatlinburg at least twice every year. We own a time share and stay there once, but we also like to stay in the chalets, so we try to stay in one of them each year. We've stayed with Mountain Laurel numerous times, but this was our favorite chalet. We actually preferred it to the time share we own. Access was easy, the view was absolutely great, and the amenities were wonderful. Additionally, parking was easy, which is not always true of some chalets. We were very comfortable and we determined that this is the chalet we will return to again and again. |

| The view was spectacular. We loved the screened-in private balcony on the top level. This property was perfect for our family. We had our privacy in the top level and the 3 kids loved their own bedroom and game room. Very comfortable place to be to spend quality time with your spouse or the whole family. |

| We had a blast staying here. We usually stay on Ski Mountain Road, or just off Ski Mountain Road. This location was closer to town than we have ever stayed. Beautiful sun rises. Loved the house plans. Wonderful upstairs bedroom. Hope to stay here again. |
