I really liked the cabin and the amenities, It did not list that it had a view, but actually it does have a good view of the other mountain. The only set back if any was that there is some construction going own directly behind this house which is very loud during the weekdays. We really enjoyed this cabin.

| We had a great time! It was very clean and so nice. The view was so beautiful with all the trees. We had never been in a hot tub or a heart-shaped whirlpool before so they were extra special and so romantic. We enjoyed the large bed and it was sooooo comfortable. If there was anything I could improve on it would be the sofa in the living room. It wasn't very comfortable. We will and have been telling everyone of our lovely experience and how much fun we had there. It is something I will look forward to coming back to. Thank you all so much for making it a very memorable time. Also, the flowers around the office were so pretty and the help was very nice. Renee' Robinson |

| Hearts a bustin was a very nice cabin and the prices were not too high. The only thing I wish were different would be that the website would have informed us that the upstairs bedroom was a loft. Only after I rented it, when the lady called to confirm, did I find out that it had no privacy. But It was a super cabin. Location was great. |

| My husband and I stayed 3 nights in Hearts A Bustin. We loved the cabin and thought it was very nice. However I would suggest blinds or curtains on the patio door. The bed we stayed in upstairs was alittle uncomfortable but we managed okay. Not sure we would stay in this particular cabin again only because of the steep hill the drive way was on. We noticed there were other cabins that weren't on steep hills so we would most likely stay in one of them.We did not have a 4X4 vehicle which probably would have made it easier. We loved the jet tub and wish we would have used it more than we did.All and all we enjoyed our stay in the Hearts A Bustin cabin. |

| This was our 2nd time staying with Mountain Laurel Chalets. We have yet to be disappointed. The chalet was so very comfy and bigger than we expected. The driveway is kind of tricky. We loved how it kind of hung off the side of the mountain. The weather was wonderful. The heart shaped tub was awesome as was the hottub. On our last day, we finally saw some bears!!!! There was a momma and 2 little cubs. What a thrill !!!!!! We will come back and stay with this company. It was a wonderful vacation. being July we liked the use of the pool facilities. |

Beautiful view, very comfortable and relaxing! The only problem was we had a late arrival and our key was not in the lock box as it said it would be.
We Loved the hot tub! Not very private though unless it is just one couple going. Everything we needed was for us in the kitchen ... We hope to go back again! |

| Clean and comfortable, great whirlpool and hot tub. Not too difficult to get to from Gatlinburg Visitor Center entrance. Only deficiency was small amount of kitchen counter space, no problem if you don't cook a lot there. High enough elevation for really pleasant tempertures when in the 90's in town. Excellent chalet for the price. |

| This was a nice place to stay. It was spacious and private. Things were very clean and the hot tub worked and was awesome. There is some updating that needs to occur. The beds were really awful. The mattresses need to be replaced, both beds had us rolling to the center and our backs hurt from sleeping on them. The seal on the fridge was old and worn and needs to be replaced and the toliet in the downstairs bathroom needs a seal replaced...it kept running. We were 50% happy and 50% unhappy. The beds were really the clicher we could have lived with the other two things! |

| Spent 2 nights in this chalet with my wife an 2 teenage daughters, and everything was as expected. Chalet was clean and well maintained. Everything appeared to be in working order. Beds were comfortable. The only downside is that the master suite is an open loft style so it can attenuate the romantic portion of your stay if there are other people in the chalet. |

| This is the perfect Home away from Home.It has everything i would want in a home. The atmosphere make's you feel as though you were at your own home. The new TV in the living room was an excellent new feature from our last stay in the spring. The bigger TV up stairs was also a nice added feature. The only thing that need's to have done now is to add a TV to the bedroom downstairs. All in all we have always enjoyed our stay at hearts a busting and are looking foward to going back in the spring of 2009. |

This rental was a last minute decision for my wife and I. We also invited along 2 friends who had just lost a family member. I have used Mtn. Laurel Chalets on multiple occaisions, and never been disappointed. The cabin was clean, and well equipped. We enjoyed using the hot tub and cooking out on the deck and watching the squirrels in the trees around us. Actually saw a mom and two bear cubs meet us on the drive to the cabin.
The cabin is a really good value for the rate. I have stayed in more expensive cabins that were of much lower quality.
The only recommendation I have is to keep in mind that although there are two bedrooms, the one upstairs is not walled in, so any "activity" can be heard by anyone downstairs. Just something to keep in mind when traveling with friends or children! |

It was very comfortable and we really loved how the bedroom was an actual balcony over the downstairs and the heartshaped tub. The only thing wrong without stay was that the hot tub wasn't working so we did not get to use it at all for the weekend. |
