Vacation Rental Description
This chalet will lift you to new heights as you take in the lofty view of the Smokies. Perfect for small families or two couples, each bedroom features a King size bed, whirlpool and private bath. The great room offers a elegantly appointed living room with gas fireplace, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen all with cathedral ceilings and access to a nice, wide deck. The game room is a real treat with a seperate sitting area, pool table and exterior door to the deck where a four-man hot tub is ready and waiting. You'll get a kick out of watching the cable car make it's way past your chalet to it's way to the ski lodge - make sure and wave! At night, take in the twinkling lights of down town Gatlinburg.
Rate for two adults $160 per night
Each additional adult $15 per night, Children 6-16 $5 per night

while the home was great, the beds were terrible. not your usual bad back type things. but the beds had gullies that you fell into and was hard to even turn over much less get out of.I have stayed at chalets of your company's and have never had mattresses like these. otherwise we really enjoyed the chalet. View was great and we will return next year for our usual stay, but we do try differnet chalets.

| Dianna, thanks for the comments. After your visit, we went to the chalet to inspect the bed and found that the feet underneath the middle of the bed frame were broken. We replaced those and the bed is level again. The mattresses were just purchased in July and are the nice pillow top kind. |

The chalet is top drawer with a wonderful view of the tram and the mountains. View the sunrise from either deck and see the mountains glow as the sun sets behind you.
More importantly than the property itself is booking with Mountain Laurel Chalets. After bouncing around between many booking agencies for our annual October vacation to Gatlinburg we've stuck with Mountain Laurel Chalets for the last several years and are more than satisfied with the properties they represent and the way we've been treated. Book your stay with these folks and you cannot go wrong! And no, I'm not getting a price break on our next visit for this testimonial but hint-hint I wouldn't turn anything down either :). |

This 2 story chalet is beautiful and has a wonderful view! We loved watching the trams travel up & down the mountain, passing right in front of us! The chalet has 2 decks (hot tub on lower), a fully stocked kitchen and a level driveway. Both bedrooms are great, but the upstairs bedroom has a lot of windows and is very bright in the mornings. Regardless, we enjoyed everything about our stay and will definitely go back!

| This is a great house to spend time in.. it's what you expect in a mountain home. My only issue, and it was slight, is that there should be a tv in each bedroom. We didn't watch much tv but we like to fall asleep to tv and 1 bedroom didn't have one. Other than this, I recommend staying in this home for any vacation! |

| This is a beautiful cabin located on a wooded cliff overlooking Gatlinburg. The ski lift goes up right beside the cabin, and our family enjoyed waving at the people on the lift while sitting outside in the hottub. This cabin truly made for a memorial Thanksgiving. We had plenty of room with two large king-sized beds in two rooms and two sleeper sofas - one on the gameroom and one in the den area. Our teens loved the pool table and hottub. This cabin was centrally located close to everything in Gatlinburg, and it was very convenient to places that we wanted to see and visit. We would highly recommend this cabin. It was clean and beautiful, and the view was perfect. It was also quiet and peaceful - which is one thing we wanted in a cabin or chalet. I just wished I had booked this property again this year for Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, I waited too late. |
