We love restored homes and this one is a jewel. Settled on a level lot, complete with a yard, this beauty offers a treat in each suite. Every bedroom offers a complete bath - one with a large whirlpool - and a view. There is a designer feel in every corner - from the exposed beams and leather sofas in the living room, to the reading nook in the game room. Don't miss this one!
Rate for four adults $ 250 per night
Each additional adult $ 15 per night, additional children ages 6-16 [families only], $ 5 per night
TOP LEVEL - King bedroom with private bath and balcony [bath offers whirlpool for 2 and shower stall], King bedroom with private bath
MAIN LEVEL - Common area with living room/dining room, kitchen with breakfast nook, screened porch, King bedroom with private bath, large outdoor deck with tables and chairs for dining and hot tub
BOTTOM LEVEL - Game room with second sitting area with fireplace and pool table, full bath with shower only

AFTER READING ALL THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS, I WAS A LITTLE NERVOUS ABOUT RENTING THIS PROPERTY BECAUSE OF ONE REVIEW THAT READ THAT THE PICTURES WERE DECEIVING. I FOUND THAT REVIEW TO BE FALSE. THE HOUSE WAS GORGEOUS. MUCH MORE THAN I EXPECTED. THE TWO BEDROOMS UPSTAIRS WERE AMAZING. EVERY ROOM HAD A PICTURE PERFECT VIEW. I ALWAYS RENT FROM MOUNTAIN LAUREL CHALETS AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED. THE STAFF COULD NOT BE MORE POLITE AND THEY ARE ALWAYS EAGER TO PLEASE. THIS HOUSE IS MY FAVORITE SO FAR. I ALMOST HATE TO LET THE CAT OUT OF THE BAG ON THIS HOUSE IN FEAR THAT IT MAY NOT BE SO ACCESSIBLE TO ME IN THE FUTURE. THIS RENTAL COMPANY IS BY FAR THE BEST IN THE SMOKIES!!

All of our other visits have been WONDERFUL. This time we were very disappointed. To us the house looked nothing like the pictures looked. We had issues getting the downstairs front door to open and close. Last by not least, the last night we were there the hot water heater went out.
P.S. May we make a suggestion. Start allowing house trained animals and charge a fee. You'd get more customers that way. A lot of our friends stay at animal friendly companies instead of where we recommend due to this. |

| Thank you for taking the time to review our property Three Suite Retreat - good or bad, we value your feedback in order to better our product and service. The pictures on the website are not touched up with any software in any way....extra lighting may be used, but otherwise, what you see is exactly what the house offers. The screen door that you were having trouble with has been completely removed, so it is not a problem anymore and the hot water heater was replaced the day you checked-out. We truly apologize for the inconvenience with the hot water. Unfortunately, we never know when these things are going to happen. <br />

We have considered offering pet-friendly homes, but are not doing so at this time because of the problems people have with allergies. However, you might want to check our website from time to time to see if we have added a new property that might want to offer this service. |

Great chalet. Wonderful suites. Loved the view of the mountains and the sunrise while laying in bed. Loved the pooltable and game room in basement. Had 4 kids and they had thier space and we had ours :)
Loved the grassy area and the excellent view. Highly recommend!!!!! |

| Whenever we plan to visit the Smokies, we always allow Mountain Laurel Chalets to provide the Chalet....Three Suite Retreat definitely met our expectations as to the quality, comfort, and affordability we come to expect with Mountain Laurel. One word can describe it all...SUPERB !! |
