This large 3 bedroom plus loft contemporary home is an ideal home base for exploring Harbor Springs. Featuring luxurious Egyptian Cotton sheets and towels for your comfort, it has a main floor master bedroom, a large walk-in shower in the master bath, and two other bedrooms each with a large full bathroom. Expansive windows provide a view of the glorious hardwoods that surround the home. A wide-open living space combines the well equipped kitchen, dining and great rooms, as well as a large deck where you can relax, grill and dine. The wood burning fireplace warms chilly northern Michigan evenings. The newly renovated Birchwood Country Club’s amenities are available seasonally for our guests, including 27 spectacular holes of pristine northern Michigan golf, professionally staffed tennis and golf pro shops, 10 tennis courts, heated outdoor pool, world class dining, fitness center, hiking and biking trails, miles of cross country ski trails, and more. Daily usage fees apply. Downtown Harbor Springs is only minutes away for shopping, water sports, public beaches and dining. Downhill ski slopes Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob are close by.

| Very comfortable and beautiful lot with tons of privacy, but it's a solid 10 minutes out of downtown Harbor Springs and >20 minutes to Downtown Petosky. Great golf options nearby. MAKE SURE YOU REQUEST INTERNET BEFORE YOUR STAY, OR YOU WILL NOT HAVE INTERNET IN THE HOME! (You are able to access the internet at the Birchwood clubhouse, but the clubhouse closes at 10PM.) Downstairs bedroom had weird cat litter box smell to it and that TV only got 1 channel. The upstairs master was nice, but no TV and the main level bedroom was nice and had a small 10 inch TV. Finally, the renter is responsible for washing the dishes, which I don't have a problem with. The problem I have is that approx half of the dishes we took out of the cabinets to use had been put away dirty by either the previous renter or the housekeeping staff, and for a $175 cleaning fee, you should expect to have clean dishes upon arrival. |

| A big place with 3 large bedrooms and 3 attached baths. A little outdated. Only concern was the unit was not throughly cleaned after a dog stayed in the place with previous renters. Overall, a good place. |

| House was ideal. Beds good and kitchen great! Had all TV's, DVR's, cable you,d ever need. Except for a wasp encedent , all went extremely well.. We will rent again ! |

| We loved the layout and location of this home. It had all the conveniences of home with three full bathrooms, walk-in closets in all 3 bedrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, very nice laundry room, and family room large enough to accommodate all five of us comfortably. Our only issues were the kitchen countertops that were warped and buckled, splintery picnic table/gliders in need of replacing (one of our party sustained a splinter in her hand from the table), soiled carpeting on the steps as you enter the home, and a rather dreary/musty lower level bedroom. The home is in need of some 'freshening up' in our opinion. Everything else about the home and area was great -- we very much enjoyed our stay, which was our first vacation to Michigan. |

Not a big deal - we just thought it was strange. We love being in Birchwood Farms, with access to the pool, tennis courts, golf course, and clubhouse - which had delicious food at very reasonable prices. We would definitely rent this house again - a fantastic value for our family. |
