Walk up the stone path to enter this spectacular 4 bedroom home built on the edge of a ravine near the Birchwood Farms Clubhouse. The main floor features the great room with a wood burning fireplace, high vaulted ceiling, and many windows with doors leading to the expansive deck. A large master suite on the main floor has a queen bed, TV, access to the deck, and private bath that includes a whirlpool jetted tub and tiled walk-in shower. The kitchen has a separate breakfast area and is fully equipped including dual ovens, microwave, dishwasher and everything needed to prepare meals. An enclosed porch just off the kitchen has comfortable seating and doorway to the deck. Just around the corner is the stairway going up to the bedroom over the garage, where there is a queen bed, small TV and adjoining half bath. Relaxing up north
We had a great time staying in the area. The home was very nice but in need of a few things. The kitchen appliances are falling apart and in need of repair. The oven door is very loose and one oven is lacking a rack. The fridge is old and in need of repair. We love to cook so this is an issue. Towels are needed everywhere. We brought some of our own, but the kitchen needs more and baths also could use more. The basement is terribly damp and could use a dehumidifier. It just seems to need a little TLC.
