Overlooking the sandy beach, this wonderful ground floor suite offers a relaxing lakeshore retreat with spectacular views of the brilliant Lake Charlevoix sunset. A vacation at the Water Street Inn provides plenty of opportunity for you to enjoy numerous activities. From the patio, you’re only steps away from the beach where you can bask in the sun or splash in the blue waters of Lake Charlevoix. The Inn offers recreational equipment rentals. For aquatic fun, give our peddle boat and kayak a try. You can take our bicycles for a sightseeing tour around downtown Boyne City. Fishing charters and boat rentals can be arranged through local marinas. Your suite is one city block from where you may indulge in some of the areas’ finest restaurants, browse unique shops, take in a movie and enjoy great entertainment. Many challenging golf courses are an easy drive. Main winter activities include downhill and cross-country skiing, ice skating, snowmobiling and ice fishing. Ski areas within 30 miles are Boyne Mountain, Boyne Highlands, Nubs Nob, Shanty Creek and Treetops Sylvan. The Inn has lockers for your ski equipment. For your convenience, there is a guest laundry room on site.

I emailed around for a few hours on Monday. I was looking for a nice place to stay on our color tour. I asked for some assistance from Diane Dakin in the above contact. She responded quickly. I was floored with the place. It was beyond my expectations. I could not believe how wonderful this place was. I have heard of places like this but I never imagined that I would be so fortunate to stumble upon it. It was walking distance from everything. And everything was great; food and entertainment. The sunset outside the slider was extremely romanic with the fireplace. I will recommend and use this place over and over again. Thank you diane. |

| We rented 11 condos for a big family reunion - very complicated criteria for a group that size - the staff at Waterstreet were great & handled it well. The condos were clean and nicely decorated and the location, right on the water & walk into town was fantastic. Had a great week & already booked for next year. Our only problem was with some of the restrictions for the common areas, ie, had to fight to set up tables & chairs for evng. get togethers, no grilling,no sun tents, no boats allowed on beach overnight, (even a kayak), etc. suggest you check all the restrictions out in advance - but overall a great experience & definitely recommend it! |

This is a beautiful setting for a relaxing family vacation.
Unfortunately we had bad weather and left after 1 night (our total stay was $709.56) We could not get a refund since the condos are privately owned. We are not sure we agree with this policy. This may be something to think about before committing to rent. |

| Thank you for the comments. Unfortunately we cannot control the weather. Most vacation rentals and resorts have cancellation policies and no refund for early departures. We hope you will be able to return when the weather is better and we will make every effort for you to have an enjoyable stay. |
