This is our first floor deluxe suite offering a great view of the lake. A vacation at the Water Street Inn provides plenty of opportunity for you to enjoy numerous activities. You’re only steps away from the beach where you can bask in the sun or splash in the blue waters of Lake Charlevoix. The Inn offers recreational equipment rentals. For aquatic fun, give our peddle boat and kayak a try. You can take our bicycles for a sightseeing tour around downtown Boyne City. Fishing charters and boat rentals can be arranged through local marinas. Your suite is one city block from where you may indulge in some of the areas’ finest restaurants, browse unique shops, take in a movie and enjoy great entertainment. Many challenging golf courses are an easy drive. Main winter activities include downhill and cross-country skiing, ice skating, snowmobiling and ice fishing. Ski areas within 30 miles are Boyne Mountain, Boyne Highlands, Nubs Nob, Shanty Creek and Treetops Sylvan. The Inn has lockers available for storing your ski equipment. For your convenience, there is a guest laundry room on site.

We have loved the Waterstreet Inn for 12 years |

| We first began going to the Waterstreet Inn when my daughters were 2 and 4. So much to do with small children - the beautiful, quiet beach out front, the playground and playscape, getting donuts from the bakery in the morning, Ravenhill Discovery Center, minature golf, Boyne's Avalanche Bay for rainy days, concerts in the park and dinner and ice cream just a short walk away. Boyne City is always so peaceful, unlike the busy towns around it. We were sad when the condo's were built on both sides, but it hasn't disturbed the beauty of the area. We have stayed in many of the beautiful suites that seem like home - they are always so clean. Suite 115 is the best because of the wall of windows and extra space, being the handicapped suite. Even though my daughters are now teenagers, a summer is not complete without spending a few days at the Waterstreet Inn. I don't think you will find a better place to watch a Lake Charlevoix sunset. |

Every May we stay here and then spend our days hunting morels. The morel hunting is more woodsy fun, but staying in the condo gives the trip a not totally woodsy attitude. We always request the lower level so we can walk out to the beach/lake. It's a beautiful view and it's right on the lake. There are several restaurants within easy walking distance. Don't miss the Bloody Maria drinks at Red Mesa Grill. It's a fun weekend to do some morel hunting and go to the festival. Best of all is just kicking back, watching the lake and staying in a nice condo.
The small kitchen is perfectly equipped. The jacuzzi tub is great. The gas fireplace brings a nice warmth to a spring evening. Just a real joy of a place to stay in. |
