This 2nd floor suite is comfortably furnished and is a great rental to relax and experience all that being at the beach has to offer. A vacation at the Water Street Inn provides plenty of opportunity for you to enjoy numerous activities. You’re only steps away from the beach where you can bask in the sun or splash in the blue waters of Lake Charlevoix. Fishing charters and boat rentals can be arranged through local marinas. Your suite is one city block from where you may indulge in some of the areas’ finest restaurants, browse unique shops, take in a movie and enjoy great entertainment. Many challenging golf courses are an easy drive. Main winter activities include downhill and cross-country skiing, ice skating, snowmobiling and ice fishing. Ski areas within 30 miles are Boyne Mountain, Boyne Highlands, Nubs Nob, Shanty Creek and Treetops Sylvan. The Inn has lockers available for storing your ski equipment. For your convenience, there is a guest laundry room on site.

The stay was great as in past years. The service was better this year than last. We have been staying in Water Street unit 209 for the last 10 years. The Condo was good as usual. Boyne City offers everything and Water Street is the perfect location. Right in town and on the water as well. Keeping our boat at the Harborage Marine it is right next to Water Street. We love it there and have already reserved the condo for next year.
I think the price is a little hight as compared to other condo's in the area that are larger. But the fact that we can rent by the day as well as the week helps keep us there. We like coming for a week and a half. |

The plasce was very nice with a great view but I thought it was a little pricey.
The area didn't seem to have any Taxi Service which is a drawback when you are traveling by boat - at least the young lady behind the desk couldn't identify any taxis in the area.
I thought the town of Boyne was great. |

| It was a great location, a nice place to stay, in generally good condition and a great rate. The only criticism was the sleep sofa, which was comfortable as a couch, but very uncomfortable as a bed. We ended up removing the mattress so that my son could sleep on the floor. |

| We truly enjoyed our stay at the Water Street Inn and can't say enough about the room and the view. The Inn was located within walking distance to all we wanted to experience: local shopping, dining and the mushroom festival. The only drawback we can mention is the less than welcome reception from the desk clerk and the fact that the front desk is not always attended otherwise we were totally happy with the accommodations. |
