You’re only steps away from the beach where you can bask in the sun or splash in the waters of Lake Charlevoix. Fishing charters and boat rentals can be arranged through local marinas. Your suite is one city block from where you may indulge in some of the areas’ finest restaurants, browse unique shops, take in a movie and enjoy great entertainment. Many challenging golf courses are an easy drive. Main winter activities include downhill and cross-country skiing, ice skating, snowmobiling and ice fishing. Ski areas within 30 miles are Boyne Mountain, Boyne Highlands, Nubs Nob, Shanty Creek and Treetops Sylvan. The Inn has lockers available for storing your ski equipment. For your convenience, there is a guest laundry room on site.

| This is a great place to rest and relax. The most beautiful sunsets and peace and quiet. We just love it, this was our second stay in the same room and we will be back again in the future. The Condo was as nice as I remembered and the girl in the office was as nice as could be. |

| I have stayed at the Water Street Inn before, twice on business and once before on pleasure. This was the first time for suite 307 and I believe this suite to be the best decorated of all available suites. The decor is tasteful and cheery with reminders of east coast seaside vacations. With this rental, you will get far more than a hotel room. The suite will quickly feel like home even for those who would like to do some light home-cooking with a full kitchen. Space is more than adequate for 2-4 people and furnished very well. The only downside was poor water pressure at the showerhead in the bathroom which was a concern only for my wife who has long thick hair. |

| Our stay at the Waterstreet Inn was fabulous. It was so relaxing looking out at the lake and enjoying the sunsets. The beach was so clean and everything was wonderful. We will always remember our vacation to Boyne City. We stayed in #307, which was great. The decoration in this room was perfect for us. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and plan to come back again each year! |
