A vacation at the Water Street Inn provides plenty of opportunity for you to enjoy numerous activities. You’re only steps away from the beach where you can bask in the sun or splash in the blue waters of Lake Charlevoix. The Inn offers recreational equipment rentals. For aquatic fun, give our peddle boat and kayak a try. You can take our bicycles for a sightseeing tour around downtown Boyne City. Fishing charters and boat rentals can be arranged through local marinas. Your suite is one city block from where you may indulge in some of the areas’ finest restaurants, browse unique shops, take in a movie and enjoy great entertainment. Many challenging golf courses are an easy drive. Main winter activities include downhill and cross-country skiing, ice skating, snowmobiling and ice fishing. Ski areas within 30 miles are Boyne Mountain, Boyne Highlands, Nubs Nob, Shanty Creek and Treetops Sylvan. The Inn has lockers available for storing your ski equipment. For your convenience, there is a guest laundry room on site.

We love Water Street. Summer of 2008 was our fourth summer visit and we've enjoyed visiting in the Spring and Fall as well. It's clean, not overly crowded, nice beach, beautiful view of Lake Charlevoix and sunsets. Centrally located to Petosky, Harbor Springs, Charlevoix, Bay Harbor, etc.and close enough to Mackinac to do it in a day! Can walk to downtown Boyne City which is still a lovely, smaller, quaint "up north" city. We always can't wait to get to Water Street and always hate to leave!!
The only downside we would have is that we can't ever get our favorite unit for the 2 weeks that we're available to be there every summer - no matter when we put in our request, someone else gets it. However, we've still enjoyed other units and continue to go every year!!!

| We were really pleased with the accomodations at the Waterstreet Inn. Everything was neat, well maintained and very clean. The view from the balcony was fabulous and we were really pleased by the size of our balcony. It was quite comfortable for two people. I cannot think of an amenity or convenience that was overlooked. Our room even had a coffee grinder so that we could have the freshest coffee each morning. The guide books in the room for the Boyne area and dining were very helpful. We will definitely be back! |

| We have stayed at Water Street Inn several times - I highly recommend this property. The front desk staff was so helpful - always had a smile for us. They even found and cheerfully returned my prescription sun glasses to me. The property is exactly as pictured (if not better). The rooms are very clean, comfortable and a pleasure to spend valuable vacation time in. The beach out front is my favorite - great place at sunset!! We had a great time strolling the sidewalks in town and visiting some of the excellent restaurants town has to offer. On a scale of 1 - 10 I would definately rate this property a 10!!! Looking forward to a return visit in the very near future. |

| A group of us (10 condo units) stayed here over the weekend while our girls played in the Petoskey Soccer Tournament. From the moment we got out of our car, we knew this was going to be a great place to stay. From the girls playing on the beach and in the water to the adults gathering in chairs watching the sunset, it was a wonderful weekend! |
