| If you are going to stay here I do suggest that you bring extra trash bags and toilet paper. This condo had an awesome view and was VERY clean. I would recommend this stay to anyone! |

| Bender Realty staff members were very helpful, accommodating, and easy to work with before and during our vacation. Caribbean 804 was perfect for our needs. We loved the location and thought the condo itself was beautiful. This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and this condo made a lasting impression on us. We will definately be visiting Gulf Shores again and will more than likely want to stay at the Caribbean 804. If it is not available I will not have any problem staying at another Bender Realty Property. |

| This condo offered everything you could want. An excellent view of the ocean, relaxing view of the lagoon from the jacuzzi and the pools were outstanding! The location is very convenient to restuarants, drug stores and the outlet malls. Our family is looking forward to returning next year! Thank you for everything! |

| this was the perfect place to have our beach wedding, everything was wonderful, when we did have a problem, Bender sent someone over right away and the problem was fixed. I would recommend this condo and Bender Realty to anyone looking for a great place to stay!! Everything was perfect |

| Apartment is a wonderful place clean, decorated nice,fully equipped and quiet area. Can not beat being right on the ocean beautiful views out all of the windows and patio. Located in a nice area, there is not overcrowding on beach or roads. It was nice to have shops close. No questions asked would recommend to others. |

| Furniture is worn and uncomfortable. Too many knick-knacks....can't use tables. Dishes, pots and pans dirty. But, this is the best room in the place!!! 804. Great views all around. |

| I was a little hesitant about checking in at first because we were arriving late. However, the after hours check-in was a breeze and all of the Bender staff were terrific! Not to mention that the condo was furnished elegantly and the view was phenomenal! We will definitly stay here again and again. |

When we arrived the unit was clean and ready for use.
We rented a beachfront unit, which provided a great view from our balcony on the 8th floor and the pool on the ground level.
The Bender Realty staff was friendly and processed my payment/issued my keys very quickly.
When we return to Gulf Shores, we will stay in this unit was perfect. |
