Living room with fireplace and wet bar. Dining area leads to a private covered deck. Newly redecorated June 2003 with new carpet, new floors and fresh paint. New kitchen in fall 2003. Fireplace is not usable. Located in the heart of Shipyard Plantation, perfect for a family retreat. Six free on-site tennis courts (4 lighted) On-site Pool. Wooded landscape & golf view. Free wireless high speed internet access.

The house we rented was even better than the pictures that were online. We truly thought it was lovely and it had lots of space.
The small thing that we didnt like was just that to get to the beach was just a little farther than we wished BUT we would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Evian 129 was pleasant. A quiet community that helped us to relax. It wasn't crowded when we were there, but there were plenty of people at the pool! :)
Nice accommodations and clean. Kitchen could use some upgrades, but was well stocked for what we needed.

| We have been going to Hilton Head for a number of years with our family but as the family has grown we had the need for an additional condo. This was our first year at this condo and it was great! We were very pleased that the pictures acurately described the unit. It was very comfortable, spacious and clean. We felt right at home and we plan to book it again for next year! |

This Unit is GREAT !!!
Evian 129 is clean and well maintained. The furniture is very nice. This Unit has everything you will need. Hilton Head is a beautiful place to vaction and this Unit is one of the nicest we have stayed in.(8 years)

| Loved our week in your beautiful condo. It was very clean and beautifully furnished. My teenage boys (and my husband for that matter) would like to have had a larger TV in the living room. And wireless internet would have been nice. But neither of these will prevent us from renting from you again. Thanks for a wonderful week. |

| We really enjoyed our stay in Evian 129. We found it to be very comfortable and nice. Our only complaint was that it could have been cleaner. We had to wash the blankets before we could use them because they smelled. I'm not sure they wash all of the linens before the next family moves in for the week...yuck. The bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner and they smelled like mildew. They may want to change cleaning companies. Otherwise we had a great time and we would probably stay there again. |

Amy, thank you for your review. I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay in this Evian villa. The ambiance is hard to beat with the tropical setting and lagoon and golf views. I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed in the cleaning. I do wish that you would have communicated your concerns to us when you first arrived. We would have sent the cleaners back to respond to the issues you raised. This is the first time that we have received a complaint on cleanliness of this villa. Our own staff inspects each property before releasing it for occupancy.

The rental agency was wonderful to work with and made our arrival easy.
The accomodations were good. The condo was clean, stocked and in a wonderful location.
We did have a few souther bugs, but to be expected in the south.
We were one mile from the beach and the island is loaded with family fun. |

Our stay at Evian was wonderful. The villa is spacious. It has a great
view of the golf course, enjoyable bike rides to the beach and all near
by shops. Very clean! We would recommend staying at the Villa
rather than a hotel when visiting the Island. |
