One bedroom, one and one-half bath, first floor, lagoon-view unit. This unit is in the row of one bedroom villas that is closest to the ocean. Updates in 2008 include new king-size mattress and box springs, new queen=size sleeper sofa and love seat, new front-load washer and dryer, new flat screen TV in master, new dishes and pots and pans. The living room, dining room, kitchen and hallway were painted in 2008. Pools, tennis, weight room, summer kids' programs, playground and BBQ area on-site. Free cable and high-speed Internet.

Relaxing, when can i go back? |

| Had a great time at 143 Island Club. Had great weather the week of our stay, so we were at the beach every day. Being walking distance from the beach made it so easy and enjoyable. When we weren't at the beach, we were at the pools. Very few people there this time of year, so we were able to have a lot of the amenities to ourselves(hot tub, tanning pool, lap pool, tennis courts). The rental itself had everything you could hope for. If we didn't want to go out to eat, the rental had everything you needed to make a meal. The free internet made it easy to find hot spots on the island and get information such as restaurant reviews, store hours, etc. The rental was comfortable, quiet, convenient, and inexpensive. I'd recommend it for anyone looking to get away for a week. |

| Upon arrival, I was disappointed in the cleaning job that had been done. I addressed this with the HHVR rep on-site and an apology was given. After I cleaned the condo myself, I was able to relax. (not exaclty the first thing I would like to do on vacation). The property itself is very cute and fit our needs perfectly - 2 adults and 1 toddler. It is a bit older, and a bit basic, but what a value!! Our daughter loved the "mushroom" pool and all the other children there. She also enjoyed the ducks and turtles in the lagoons. This is definitely a family oriented place. Although you can't see the ocean from this 1st floor condo, it is only a SHORT walk to the amazing beach! The Island Club maintains beautiful landscaping and it is very peaceful. Overall, we had one of the best vacations. |

| This is comfortable in the inside with nice furniture and accessories but the deck is squished in the corner of the lagoon and doesn't have much of a view. |

| This was our first time on the North side. We had always stayed in the Forrest Beach area and this was a pleasant surprise.It was much more relaxing and not as many people. The grounds are well cared for and the beach is just great. Our villa was very clean and well cared for. Much more room to move around in than some we had stay at. Great vacation, will book here again for sure! |

| Our family has been visiting Hilton Head Island and staying at the Island Club for over 15 years. We won't stay anywhere else! This is the most family-friendly oceanfront property on the island. It is very comfortable and truly our home away from home. |

we loved the unit we stayed at .the owners have done a very good job of upgrading
in additon -as tennis players we loved the fact that there were an abundance of har tru courts with a pro on site. and with the beach only a few hundred yds away you couldnt ask for a more convenient location.

| My husband and I spent a week in June with our son, daughter-in-law, and grandson at the Island Club in a two bedroom villa. However, now it was time for us. My husband and I spent 10 days in Villa 143 and enjoyed every minute. We prefer the casual activities of the property - feeding fish, turtles, and ducks at the lagoon; swimming in the pool, and going to the ocean to walk, swim, sun, and fish. We chose to eat in and the kitchen was well equipped and suited our needs. The furnishings in this particular villa were more comfortable than other villas we have stayed in over the past 25 years. The weather was very warm, not hot! The ocean water was still warm and inviting just the way we like it. We had a lovely time. |

| This is an excellent place to stay during your summer vacation without breaking the bank. I got so much for the all might dollar. During our trip my girlfriend and I became engaged, and in four years we both agreed that it was the most relaxing. I highly recommend if you are stuck between this place and another destination that you choose HHI. Our condo was clean and updated. The staff was excellent. Steps away from the beach and only a short drive from Coligny Plaza. Very Very pristene. Thank you. |

We have vacationed in at hilton ahead many times. This by far was the most enjoyable! The condo was very nice, clean, quiet and a very short walk to the beach. Free tennis (played every day) on great courts. We could not have been happier with our condo and the condo's proximity to the beach. To owners of the condo, thank you for keeping it so clean and refreshing!

I have never been to Hilton Head so I was not sure what to expect. I also have never rented I usually stay at hotels. This was a wonderful unit, very clean and it felt like home. We went to the beach in the morning and to the pool the rest of the day....the kids loved the planned activities and just playing on their own.
Depending on how you feel the only problem we had was that our cell phones didn't work unless we were out on the road and internet access was difficult or sporadic. I never figured out the problem with the internet. On the one hand I missed some important communications on the other I felt like it was back in the 80's when vacations were really vacations! Depending on your service you may not have a problem.
We will most definitely return next year...my 9 year old boy fell in love with a 16 year old girl! And she lives in our home town!

| The condo was cute and tastefully decorated but upon arrival we noticed that none of the throw rugs in the entire condo had been washed in a while and the sheets in the bedroom didn't seem to have changed since the last visitors. There were hairs and a couple of nail clippings in the sheets. We washed the sheets and all the throw rugs shortly after our arrival. The baseboards didn't look they had been wiped down in months and the outside of the kitchen cabinets were dirty. We were also extremely disappointed with the pool. The internet made it look so big and inviting but in actuality it was tiny and the water was hot. There were so many people in it that you couldn't even swim around without bumping into someone. Good thing we prefer the beach! After having said all that, we really did enjoy our stay. The weather was wonderful and the choice of restaurants was awesome. The kids really enjoyd the harbors and all the boats. |

I wish that you had called us and we would have immediately contacted the cleaning company to return and correct any problems that you encountered. As you can see from the reviews of other guests, this property is very popular and considered a real value. As far as the pool being hot - sometimes in the heat of the summer that can happen. The children's pool is one of the largest on the island as is the 12 person Jacuzzi. Next time, just give our front desk a call with any issues and we will try and make your stay as plesant as possible. |

check in as soon as we arrived. The lady
at the desk was very pleasant and answered all our questions. The unit was very clean and everything was up todate. It was beautifully decorated and well furnished. I would rent this unit again. Thank you for
