Features 2 Bedrooms/2 bathrooms, a totally new kitchen with glass top stove, new appliances and granite counter tops, new master bath with a large, custom walk-in shower with five shower heads, all new flooring, large screen, HD flat panel TV mounted in the Living Room, and a work desk installed in lieu of the wetbar with wireless high speed internet access (bring your laptop). Tommy Bahama theme décor with new furniture throughout, queen sleeper sofa in the living room, separate dining room, master bedroom with King bed, separate seating area and private bath, guest bedroom with 2 Twin beds and hall bath. Cathedral ceilings, A/C, W/D, microwave and ceiling fans. Six free on-site tennis courts (4 lighted). On-site pool. Awesome golf course and lagoon view.

| My husband and I just recently spent our honeymoon on Hilton Head Island. Both the rental management and the owner of this unit accommodated us on a last minute booking. They were a pleasure to work with. The unit itself, located in Shipyard Plantation, was absolutely beautiful - well-maitained, clean, and had a decor that exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this unit - with a peaceful view of a lagoon and golf course. The resort grounds are beautiful with walking/biking paths. During our weeks stay, this unit was easy access for us to enjoy the many adventures of the island - the beach, biking, golfing, kayaking, shopping, sight seeing (in Savannah GA) and much more. The owners should be commended for their efforts maitaining this fabulous vacation rental. We look forward to another visit in the future. |

This condo was beautifully decorated with all the amenities you could possibly want. It wa a pleasure being there when we returned from sightseeing, and when having to stay in because of inclement weather. It was also centrally located to beaches, tennis courts, and great walking paths.
We will certainly try to rent this one again, should we return to Hilton Head in the near future. |

| The Villa was beautifully decorated, and not too far from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. It was very relaxing. The community pool was a little too crowded in the afternoons. The only other thing would be if they provided more supplies such as more dishwashing detergent, some laundry detergent, and more toilet paper and paper towels. There is never enough, and we had to go out and buy all of those things. We would stay there again though. |

| Beautiful condo, decor is very well done, entire condo has been totally renovated, bathrooms, kitchen, everything is new. Free internet, great bike & walking trails right outside, a short distance to the beach. Great location on the island. Wouldn't change anything about it. |

We have stayed at many of the Evian villas
in the past. This villa was by far the nicest
of all. Loved the qranite counter tops in the
kitchen. Loved the master bath shower-
Loved the flat screen TV even though it was a
little confusing to operate.
The only complaint we had was the master bedroom was considerably warmer than the rest
of the villa. Wish this could be addressed in
the future.
Will definitely request the home again in the
future. |

David, thanks so much for your review. This villa is indeed one of the nicest Evian villas on the rental market. It was completely renovated and redone a couple of years ago. It is very popular and rents very frequently as a result.
This is the first complaint about the master bedroom that we've heard. Since I used to own an Evian villa myself, I discovered that the villa cools and circulates air more efficiently with the bedroom doors opened. I think that's because the main air return duct is located in the hallway.

| This was the first time we stayed on Evian and we weren't disappointed. The pictures on the internet did not do this rental justice. The kitchen was beautiful as was the rest of this newly renovated condo. It was in a very quiet and relaxing area of Shipyard and we would highly recommend this rental to anyone. |

Being in our seventies, we were apprehensive about renting a second floor flat -- but, once we saw how beautifully it was furnished and decorated we were happy to climb a few stairs. The tennis courts and swimming pool are within a short walking distance and the beach is just an easy bike ride away. However, the most attractive feature of this property is the up-scale quality of the furniture and accessories. They are exceptional for a rental unit and are really better than they appear in the pictures. The elaborate shower (with five shower heads)was a delight to use and better than anything we had at home. We also appreciated the built-in computer desk (with a granite top matching the counter tops in the kitchen) and the wireless internet access. The owners obviously spent a lot of time and money furnishing, decorating and equipping this unit to make it a first-class
rental property. It was a pleasure to stay here and we would highly recommend it. |
