Great House |

This was a great house. Everything was as we expected. The Newman Dailey staff was prepared and well informed on the local attractions. Destiny by the Sea is a perfect neighborhood if you are looking for a little less partying and loud neighbors than you would get at other locations. We had three adults and three teenagers and there was plenty of room for three more people.
The only complaint I have is that I never heard back from Newman Dailey after I called to inquire about the wireless passcode. |

Nice Home/Just a few steps from the beach |

| My family enjoyed the house a lot. We are use to staying right on the beach every year but gave that up to have a pool. Gated house,easy access to everything in Destin. The house was extremly nice as were all of the houses in that area. 1/2 BLOCK from the beach with a walkway. Newman-Dailey use to provide beach chairs for the week and stopped doing this so getting beach chairs were the only hassle on the vacation. Kerbi that works for N/D is a gem!!!!!!! |

The house was very clean, roomy and beautifully decorated. We had 2
families and had plenty of room for all of us. Even though there were 11 of
us, I felt like we were able to have some privacy. We could sit outside on one
of the porches or go to the bedroom.
The beach access was great. I thought it was a good value for the location.
The beach was not overly crowded (like some we saw that week). It was a
very short walk from the house to the beach and we could see the water
from our front door.
As far as amenities, I can't think of anything we needed that wasn't
available @ the house.
The only negative I can think of is the washer and dryer. It's a stackable
and maybe they just don't work as well, but it took hours for our clothes to
dry.
Newman-Dailey was very organized and easy to deal with. The staff was
friendly and all my questions were answered in a timely manner. I will look
for their listings in the future and would recommend Coastal Pleasure to my
friends.

We had 2 families staying in Costal Pleasure. None of us really expected, being a rental, to find such the home to be in such great condition. Everything about this home was beautiful.
The walk to the beach was so incredibly convenient. Just a short walk down the drive. The pool facilities were also in great condition. Then entire neighborhood is just a beautiful place.
We would definately reccommend this house to anyone who wants to truly enjoy themselves at the beach.

| This home is in a wonderful neighborhood with a great location! Plenty of room for multiple families. Just a block to the beach or pool. Although we could not get the WIFI to work and the carpets could use some cleaning, we would go back again. |

| I expected this place to be great according to its description...and it STILL exceeded those expectations! I really felt like we got a DEAl staying here...and hope it will always be available for future stays in Destin! We have six kids and it was so fantastic having the privacy of a house and we could walk down to the beach easily. The staff at both Newman-Dailey and even in this gated community were just fabulous. |

We spent a wonderful week at Coastal Pleasures. The quick walk to the beach and the neighborhood pool were just what we were looking to find. The community was gated which was another feature we appreciated.
Our group included two sets of grandparents plus our children and their families. The fourth bedroom was bunk beds and for this year the children were a little young to be alone so one set of grandparents stayed there. It was not the greatest room for adults but it worked.
There were some issues with the air conditioning in that it kept the house too COLD but that is an easier problem to live with than the opposite.
Over all we loved the house, the neighborhood and the beach. We highly recommend this property and this community. |

| It was an absolutely awesome experience. The house was immaculate, had lots of room, decor was restful and it felt so relaxing to just be there. The location was also fabulous. We had several family members with us and we all agreed that it was one of the best vacations we have ever had. Thanks for a great time!! |

| Coastal Pleasure was indeed a pleasure and a great family house. The property is constructed of high quality materials, well maintained and furnished extremely well. With no garage, it allows ground level entrance and family room at street level, which we enjoyed. The location within a gated community and direct access to the beach without having to cross a busy road were ideal for our families with young children. Great pool, tennis courts, play area - we really enjoyed our week here. |
